DeeP Guest House Hotel

Very convenient location three minutes walk from two metro stations. 5 minutes walk to Nygati station. 15 minutes and you are on Heroes square. The rooms are different. There is a kitchen where you can eat and warm up food in the microwave. The heating is normal. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. The bed linen leaves much to be desired. Clean but very old.
In general, if you consider the option, how to sleep and eat before bedtime and in the morning to drink coffee, it will suit. Yes… And do not forget Thatthis is a hostel, not a hotel. So… Everyone's own.

Price & Conditions OK, we had a great time. Near the center and a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport.

Hostel is generally clean, but equipped with old things like toilet etc. Walls between rooms are made of "paper" so you can hear everything from your neighbours room. Ear plugs are very useful. Service is kind.

We stay only one night. The room was spacious, the showers were clean. The location in the city center is great for reaching the main attraction of Budapest.

Rooms are quite big and clean. Furniture is old-fashioned but strong and in very good condition. Towels were clean. Girl at reception is very helpful and friendly. But shared bathrooms are awful: the one on the main floor is almost ruined (see my photos), and the underground one has almost no privacy — there is even no door! Shared kitchen is also at underground floor. Right near the kitchen are dryers with laundry from previous visitors. So, I preferred to eat in my room. Area is really noisy and walls are very — very thin. I wasn't able to sleep for couple of days and got real headache despite the mattress was very comfortable.

A great place to stay in Budapest, especially if you're visiting on a short budget. I think this place offers a good balance between quality and price. The room was good although seemly old. Emilia, the receptionist, was very nice, she showed us everything in the hostel, she was always very open and helpful, she did everything to make us feel at home, and she even gave us some suggestions to enjoy the city!

Emilia was helpful and shared information about the sights. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. It would be nice to have a few hangers for clothes.

Hard to find. Don't trust the numbers on the street lo. It's in the street adjacent to the terror house. The hostel lacked proper warm water and facilities. But that should be fixed now. It's small, the rooms are only for sleeping. But if that's all you need it's fine. Not great but ok.
