The place is located centrally. It has high ceilings and classic courtyard and is generally well mentained and organised but would benefit from a deep clean and a lick of paint.
''Your apartment in Budapest is confirmed'' — this is the confirmation I received upon payment on Booking platform. Once I arrived at the ''apartment'' I realized in what way this owner is mocking his customers. The ROOM, because it was not an apartment it was only a veeery small room, very crowded, smelling, with no air, no window — because the only window it opened in the inside of the building and it was dirty and with spiderweb. I may say that in the bathroom it was more nicer that the room. The entrance in the building is also kind of tricky and complicated. Of course I called the owner — KINGA — and explained that I cannot stay there in those conditions, because I want to enjoy my vacation not to ruin it, and after a very long discution she agreed to refund our money for at least one night, with the condition that the ''apartment'' to be booked by someone else. This thing happened, the room was booked again on Friday around 17.00 o'clock. But of course, KINGA ignored all my messages. I can only wish her to enjoy my 150 Euro earned with lies and I hope that people will realise that its not worth it to ruin their short vacation in Budapest with these type of people.
