Very authentic hotel, not perfect but personally I don't require perfect, staff were super helpful, room was fine, again not perfect but more than adequate, breakfast was minimal, but more than enough to get your day started. Transport to here via 8E bus from the town centre is very efficient and regular (approx every 5-8 mins) — would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cleaning the room leaves much to be desired (dust, poorly sprayed carpets, the smell of chemistry in the room). From the front desk staff would like more.

House keeping very poor only do bare minimum and that is not much. The worst motel I have ever stayed in that doesn't clean rooms the way they should.

We stayed 3 nights very far from the center dirty Savannahs with remains (rust or S…) Quilts full of pipi stains with smell. During the 3 days they did not clean the room or bathroom only changed the towels and all dirty.
Terrible attention especially for the young person that this day seems to give you charity, did not understand anything or English.
Normal breakfast but go down soon 6 or 6, 30 because the food is finished do not replace dirty tables without cleaning stain-filled tablecloths. Cold milk coffee maker that is not going. Bread of the day before.
Bad attention the only friendly people the Elder of the night (I took pictures to show how dirty the sheets were teach to the Lord and gave me clean sheets of truth not like the one in the room the first night. ) and the girl at night very friendly, other cold staff do not know how to cater to the tourist.
Attention in Booking do not publish bad comments as we write and send and not published. In May 2018

Stayed in the apartment on the 5th floor.
The Pros + the kitchen in the room, spacious, coffee maker and tea (very tasty) cons-seduced by the jacuzzi in the room, which in the end did not work, the discount did not, did not warn. The rooms are like a renovation, but on the white walls of the red spots of blood, the handle in the bathroom falls off, the mattress is terrible, in hostels are better, furniture is repulsed by places, such an impression that the flea market dragged.
Breakfast was paid from 7:00 to 10:00 on the first day came in 7:30, all cold and some dishes (there was not a lot of dishes) was gone, people came but the staff did not add anything. On the second day so it happened that left home before the start of breakfast, a day asked to add a dry meal (lunch box). We were told that they do not do it, it is impossible. What a service!
The location from the center is somewhere 2, 5 km.

Good hotel, they speak very good English, there were however two power outages and housekeeping is done but really on the surface 6 days and 5 nights the broom or vacuum cleaner has never been passed.
They can call a taxi but there is no change of currency. He's getting a foreign exchange office in Budapest. There is also a very pretty seen but school just down so noisy in the day.

Very good personal, especially Bettina Berta the receptionist.

Old furniture but nice staff.

Room was clean, quiet. Just one bed too noisy — needs to repair. Receptionist without a smile. But for the money we paid was the accommodation ok.

I did not know that I would have to share a room with a swarm of flies and beetles, the room was filthy and there was a honking odour. The radiator was on at full heat during the night and you can't turn this off it felt like I was sleeping in hell but hell would be cleaner. Would visit again.

Good breakfast, clean room but no activity and second floor Wi-Fi is not working.

The "breakfast" was completely ridiculous, no taste to the food, stale bread etc. The employees are barely able to answer in English and seem generally uninterested in helping guests, the place is also much harder to reach from the airport than the staff claimed when booking. Not recommended.

Arriving on 30.07 with temperature above 35 and no AC working, without alternative accommodation with advance payment is not how to treat customer. Room was booked week in advance so this should be repared in advance. Broken bed as well. Very poor stay.

Very bad experience! Came back on 30 June 2017. The mini fridge never worked even after confirmation by email prior to the trip, it was 37 C outside and the aircon didn't work either. The TV didnt work in the room and the light in the bathroom didnt work so had to shower in the dark. All other lights in the room also didnt work except for one small lamp!

Big rooms, free parking, fast Wi-Fi (only near reception), polite staff.

A bit out of the way, rooms not very well maintained. The staff tried to be helpful, but I didn't see a smile there in three days. Good cheap breakfast, though.

This hotel is a nightmare! It started when we arrived later than I had mentioned when making the reservation – so the receptionist politely told us the double-bedroom they promised before would not be available anymore. Instead she offered us a room with 2 separate beds — which was ok with us: We drove all night long and were pretty tired and not at all picky, so we agreed. At that point we didn´t even mind, that it was more than 5km away from the center instead of the 2.7km stated in the description on the internet. So we tried to enter the room – the door stuck. After several attempts we could finally open it. A really intense old, fusty „granny“-smell awaited us, the furniture seemed old, rickety and weak. The floor/carpet was obviously dirty, full of stains, so we didn´t even thought about getting off our shoes. Very disappointed but also tired at the same time, we decided to just open the window to get rid of the funny, moldy air and just take a nap. But then one of the shabby beds sag in the middle. We looked underneath the mattress and the slatted frame was fallen apart in a way we couldn´t stick it back together properly. I guess some people tried that before. So we asked to change the room. The one we were offered then was another horror show. Just after opening the door we were overwhelmed by a pungent smell of excrement. It was impossible to enter the bathroom without gagging.

Were a group of very wonderful.

Great location nice small familiar hotel with good services.
