Stayed her from the 1st March to the 5th March 2020 from the moment we walked in we were greeted with hospitality from Thomas and the staff had the pleasure of staying in there new rooms which were outstanding breakfast had everything you could ask for and friendly staff would highly recommend this hotel was a pleasure to meet you.

Great rooms just renovated and especially clean. Changing daily sheets and tablecloths. Spacious rooms with nice comfortable bed and with lounge inside. Clean and well-organized and functioning bathroom. Varied and tasteful breakfast. Hotel location a bit peripheral but nearby is the metro stop.

Very helpful staff. Plenty choice at breakfast.

A total crap guys! There you go I was the last that found! A hostel and the most friendly staff! I had to buy bleach to disinfect! ONLY when and intervened booking. Com since you asked to change hotel, they clean the rooms, even the towels are yellowed! I'm attaching everything in the picture.

Good rooms and quiet place with a very helpful stuff.

Staff is unfriendly, beds and rooms are uncomfortable. (mattress from the 60's and only 1 or 2 sockets) They didn't let me fill my water bottle from the water machine during breakfast. Next day I see people enjoying a drink at the bar so I go up there to ask a beer and the waitress tells me the bar is CLOSED?! (8pm) … Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are much better hotels in Budapest so stay away from this one and enjoy Budapest. If it wasn't my company paying for it I would've left on my 3rd day of my 3 weeks stay. This hotel is worthless.

We had a lovely stay at Atlas, very helpful staff.
Breakfast was very good each morning.
The only 2 faults we had was the bar not open for the entire stay, plus lack of electric sockets in our room,
Only 1 worked, all others did not.

A normal hotel for the money requested. Conditions are spartan, but in the center of the city.

This hotel is not so fine. The only really really nice thing about it is the staff at the reception, they were very helpful and nice. The room was rather big but it was not very clean. The walls had stains that could have been easily cleaned. The bathroom had no hanger for bath towels and the shower was not clean. The ceiling in the bathroom had mold stains. The room smelled most of the time, it was like someone was smoking in the next room and the smell was in our room. It would have been nice to have some plugs for charging the phone, we needed to shut the light to use the plug. There was only one hanger in the closet and we are a family of four and were staying in a room with four beds. The beds were fine. We could not sleep well as there were young people shouting and running on the floor, outside the rooms. I can not understand why this is allowed. There are other people trying to sleep. For us was the hotel more like dormitory than hotel! Good: the staff (the best part of this hotel), the size of the room, the bed, the air condition. Bad: mold stains and dirt on the walls and ceiling, no hangers, not a good night sleep because of the running and shouting. That was for us the worst part.

Hotel rooms are adequate. Shower was hot. Strangely the drinks bar was closed Friday evening until Sunday evening. No idea why. Tried to arrange taxi to pick us up from the airport emailed hotel and they said that they could do this. Unfortunately no one there when we arrived otherwise OK. Metro station about 200 yards away easy to use.

The hotel's location is very good, it's easy to walk to main attractions in the city center. The staff are very polite and helpful. Our room was big and comfortable (for 2 adults and 1 child), but during our 3-day visit noone came to clean it, probably we should have asked … I'm not sure. Breakfast is excellent. In general, we liked the hotel and can recommend it.

Good decent location, close to metro. Reception staffs were helpful. They booked us immediately upon request the Free Walking Tour. Trustful to leave valuables in the front desk. Old cheap hotel, outdated but room is comfortable with A/C and clean bedding. Carpet has stain (Rm 413). Towels were changed almost everyday, although strong chlorine smell. Buffet breakfast was included in the package but don't expect too much, just to fill-up a hungry stomach in the morning. Poorly cooked eggs (boiled/scramble eggs). Hallways and elevators were awfully dirty. Poor/No Wi-Fi connections in the rooms and we seated for strong connection in the reception area to plan our next day activities. Value for your money is good enough!

Great hotel! It was five nights. Good and friendly staff trying to please. There were no problems with English at all. The room (single) had everything you needed for a trundle (hairdryer, air conditioning, fridge, toilet paper, towels) and drinks and light snack (chips, cracker) for a fee, but the prices are adequate. The rooms are clean. My number matched the picture. Wifi worked poorly just in the back of the room, but the room door is much better. There was also a closet, two chairs, bedside tables. Breakfasts are adequate, hearty, but, however, monotonous. Even so, I liked breakfast. Coffee, drinks and sausages, cheese, yogurt, salads, cereals have always been in abundance. The Wi-Fi on the ground floor worked perfectly. Those who use the vosap for conversation will be just right and movies online can be watched. On the last day you can leave your luggage on the ground floor in a separate room for storage and go for a walk without any surcharge. ) The street on which the hotel is located is normal, although they wrote that many go drunk and strange personalities. Yes, there are strange people, but it's a city. Nearby market (in my opinion Tesco), where everything is necessary from food. It runs until 10 p. M. The nearest metro station (4th line, green) is less than 5 minutes away. Walking to the center, a few accelerated steps of 20-25 minutes.

There were two nights. Pretty decent hotel for your money. My wife and I loved breakfasts, a good assortment and most importantly tasty and satisfying, and I like to eat in the morning business of habit. Number: we do not have very critical comments, except that the buzz of the fan in the bathroom, second-penny things like soap, shampoo just not. I would recommend the hotel. I know there's better, but there's worse. Treat everything with humor and everything will be fine.

Nice clean rooms. Staff are helpful. Excelent location, near metro and bus. I would definitely recommend this place.

Friendly staff. But quite dirty in rooms and stairs. Infeasible Internal. The breakfast buffet is acceptable.

This is of course a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. The value for the money is pretty decent. I stayed with friends in a family sized room and it was huge, plenty of room. Some of the furniture in the room was broken or falling apart and there were very few outlets. The linens and towels were all fresh and clean but the bathroom could have used some more work. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast was pretty good. The biggest downfall to this place is the location, it is in a very sketchy part of town. During the days it's fine but after dark you would not want to walk around here.

Breakfast was good. As for * * * The hotel is not bad. Good location, near Metro and small supermarket.
Of the minuses-very noisy! Lots of groups staying overnight. Lots of Chinese and noisy schoolchildren. Very old room. It reminded the hotels of the Eighties in the USSR. Old and dirty furniture, dirty linens, looks like for this hotel all is OK.
I would not recommend this hotel.

Rude and inefficient staff! Dirty! The cleaners are made very nasty and even do not make you clean towels! Very bad and old rooms with fire doors it looks like a firehouse in the Hotel. Elevator works bad breakfast very poor quality indeed bad!
Rooms without hair dryer a thousand light switches uncomfortable and far away you always have to get up to turn off or turn on the lights with zero taken in the bathrooms even wanting to bring phone from home!
It doesn't deserve the three stars!

Even by applying we never had bath towels we were always leaving the small ones. We were put in the attic where the curtain of the blackout window did not work. We had asked for a double room and instead it was a small room with two beds. Lights not working no fridge like other rooms. The good thing that Budapest is beautiful. The means to move work great.

They are 3 stars, but I give two…
Apart from the mass to which the structure is addressed (an Asian guy has snatched a cup for milk hand to my wife claiming that he had seen her before) and of which you can not make debt, the same is deficient in towels, hairdryer, shoing and often broken furniture. A floor covered with a carpet really filthy on the other hand a great and abundant breakfast that triggers in my opinion, the second star.

Good and nice hotel for a reasonable price. The 5th district is easy to reach as well as public transport and other infrastructure. The staff was nice and helpful. You can park the car for 12€/24 hours. The breakfast was good, the room was tidy and way bigger than expected. All in all we had a nice stay and would totally recommend the hotel.

Notre luxury but enough ans quiet. Personnal vert smart ans ready tout help. We spent 5 night ans no problem. Good location, no car needed tout discover the city. Hôtel cheaper but with services.

Absolute disaster, mold in the room etc.

Old structure poorly restored and senseless. Room with 5 different lights (? ) but without a bedside light. In the bathroom I do not arrive in the mirror (173 cm tall). The shower instead is mounted for a child, to wash your hair you have to bend. Generally a little sad. Elevator works very poorly.
3 Stars Gift. But just because the first day they did find a bottle of sparkling wine in the ice in the room.

Blankets were dirty. Heating does not work.

The rooms are spacious, but the curtains are dirty, the furniture is old, the breakfasts are quite decent, the staff is friendly.

Clean rooms where there is no carpet, not very good food (both breakfast and dinner) However it has the advantage of being well connected with transport and very close to the center.

This is unacceptable, I will never recommend this hotel. Deguelasse shower tray, deguelasse mirror, mattresses Let's not talk about it. From the first night we found ourselves getting itchy due to the dirt from the bedding. As soon as we arrived the rooms smelled like pipes.
In short, I advise you very strongly this hotel, located on a street in the midst of the addicts.

Room was good but bathroom was very poor. Breakfast is good.

Broken shutters, blood and hair on the sheets, food NO COMMENT, urine on the walls, very very rude people, come into the room without knocking!

Dirty. Awful food. Drunken staff. Only the reception is nice but it's not enough. All In all a nightmare, but we aren't in Transilvania. Not far from center.

Very good hotel. The room were clean and the food was delicious.

Stayed here a few nights, accommodation was clean, tidy and warm, staff were friendly and accommodating and it was easy walking distance to public transport. Hash browns provided with continental breakfast were still frozen as they came out of the kitchen, along with eggs and sausages (all cold) and Wi-Fi was unusable in the rooms. If you're eating out and don't need Wifi, 5 stars!

It's clean but for me it doesn't deserve to be a 3 star hotel.

A good hotel, I’d give it 4.5/5 mark. First thing, you should manage your expectations – it’s a 3-star hotel, not 5. Hence the obvious shortcomings. I’ve stayed only at nights and I’m satisfied. It has a good location in the city center, the breakfasts are good, the Wi-Fi is working fine and its overall clean. I’d wish for at least one chair in the room and a shelf in the shower to place washing items. That’s not something far-fetched even for a 3-star. The hotel personnel is very friendly and attentive.

Good value for money rooms on noisy street (tram: Midnight Stop, Reprise 5h)

Really helpful staff, some didn't speak English well but didn't hesitate to try and help anyway, continental breakfast was amazing, 30 minute walk from the city, I would consider coming back if visiting the city.

Hotel very poorly soundproofed with old rooms unworthy of a 3 star. We had to change 2 times rooms to have a drink by sacrificing the double bed for 2 single beds. Hello the romantic stay. Among the worst hotels I have ever known without hesitation!

The staff is decent and always very courteous, I don't know the Italian… The facility sucks, but it is like the city so I would say average, the rooms spacious but the sanitary say that stink is little, the food is what it is, however there is always first (usually soups) second (strangely decent) and the dessert that is a little sad but oh well Mangiab Ile.

Hotel is located in the area we were quite scared to go out after the sunset. The rooms are quite well equipped, but the beds have been overused for some time. If your window is to the street, do not expect you get some good sleep as the neibourghood is very noisy. The breakfast servise was also very slow, we had to wait for the food to be refill for quite long time, we were missing napkins :) and the staff does not seem to understand English well.

Worst of the worst. Bad location, in the street people do drinks and you can basically see zombies walking around. Food at dinner is really really bad. Rooms are decent. In the shower you have to hold it because it has no attachment on the wall. Breakfast is decent I guess. Wi-Fi is good in the hall, can’t use it in the room. For your concern the only good thing is the bar inside he hotel and the distance from the underground trains and busses.

Good value for your money. Metro station in close vicinity. Not so quiet.

Good location but a lousy service. The Wi-Fi does not arrive equally to all the rooms, the beds are not equal in comfort, the juice machine does not work, there are moths in the cashier, especially at night,. Should improve it.

The location and the staff are very nice. The location is good because it is accessible by tram. The area is not very well attended but there is a reassuring police presence. We were able to easily park our minibus in the hotel parking lot. Good value for money. Thank you.

If you are looking for price at the time of choosing Hotel, this is your thing.

Good hotel but in my opinion not 5 star as they claim. Food variety was good and all staff could communicate in English, which was a blessing. Rooms were also comfortable. I was attending a conference there and overall a good experience.

On 5 days stay, we stumbled 2 days with a group arrived by coach, … We had to have breakfast on our feet… All the breakfast room occupied, people sitting down to have breakfast in the living room up in front of the reception desk and on the bar seats… An unimaginable casino… The room had about a dozen tables, absolutely insufficient for the hotel rooms. The room on 5 days, never remade the beds, the staff on the floor (up to 8 women the days of the coach's group) all together to chat and laugh aloud in their office with the door open… Inconceivable, without organization or respect of the customer.

The hotel is fine, meets the minimum, the only thing the restaurant could be bigger as there were a few brats the other day that they were hogging with everything.

Interesting for the place it is located since it is in the immediate vicinity of a metro stop. Unfortunately it has the carpet everywhere so it is not spotless. Missing a chair in the room besides the bedspreads. The lobby and facilities are sufficient and the breakfast is very plentiful.

I would highly recommend to avoid this hotel! We came here with a big group of us and it took us 2.5 hours to initially get our room key from reception. As well as this, the bar was not open so we could not get a drink, so we were sat in the lobby by the entrance. The manager here was extremely rude and made us all feel intimidated and unwelcome. He told us that this was a family hotel and that we should not be in there, even though we had just paid a considerable amount to stay there. The hotel was laughed at by taxi drivers every time they dropped us off as it is known for its bad reputation. The best thing about this hotel was the little bar. If you were to come out of the hotel and turn left, there is a little bar with a 'Sopranos' sign just outside on the roof. The lady who owns this bar is lovely and well worth a visit. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! I must also add that only 1 plug socket worked in the room and they were all hanging away from the walls. This was the case for 5 other rooms which my friends were staying in. Very out-dated!

Great budget hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is slightly out of the way from town but its an easy walk 10 mins. Or catch the tube at the end of the road. Tube stations are great very clean and on time which is nice lol. Rooms were nice basic but clean shower and toilet were good too. Breakfast is good and u get 3 hours from 7am to 10am. So great for people who are up early and want to go out or people who were late out can still eat at 9.30am if thet want to. Will definitly stay there again when I come back next year fantastic city.

We were satisfied with accomodation. Very good location of the hotel, the tube station is near, cca 3 minutes walk. The breakfast and services were good.

A very pleasent first visit to Budapest and the hotel was good value for money and good service was received. Used as a basic base to explore the city from, breakfast was a pleasent typical continental spread and the hotel was clean. Would recommend to travelers!

Bad hotel in a more than degraded and infamous area of Budapest. Bad cleaning food equal to zero and rude staff make it the master. Say goodbye to bail for the room because they will try to restrain her in all ways by making really imaginative excuses or accusing you of breaking things already broken since it is difficult to find intact objects in this hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights in Budapest. The room was clean and bedding was clean.
The breakfast was lovely in morning and plenty to choose from. The only thing I can say is they didn't have breakfast tea for my morning cuppa, but got some from Tesco across the road.
The hotel was busy and the area around it was quite. It was also with walking distance to shops and tour buses. If you want a upmarket hotel then this is not for you. … The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay xx.

Old rundown hotel, close to janos metro, not 3 stars worth.

Good location. Room dated and poorly qualified. No stars would be more correct. Bath to renew absolutely. Mirror of the basin placed at 1.65 meters tall and small… for basketball players. The cup of water so that they hang you feet. Unhealthy room carpet. TV in room super veja and without remote control. Six lamps with separate plug… a fair whenever you enter and sales. Correct service. Correct breakfast. Good heating.

Jacuzzi in the room and very friendly staff and arranged a cruise with diner and did all the work for us.

OK place to sleep over while visiting Budapest. Nice service and friendly staff. Breakfast is fine but rooms could use some renovation.

On the Check-in I had a quarter of an hour to wait, while me, the lady behind the counter about the customer in front of me across cried, because what I wanted to. The room was musty and worn, the mattress is an imposition, in the bathroom had towels with holes, there was not even a socket for a shaver. Of amenities such as a Safe not to mention. The street noise was very present. The hallways and corridors reminded of a Bunker, the overcrowded Breakfast room had the air of a men's locker, the atmosphere and the audience were much more a youth hostel than a Hotel. The "completed" Parking lot settled with a push of a button on the outside wall open, without Code, key, or card — free admission. This is for the entrance of a four wheel drive is recommended. My combo anyway, has set up. Overall it is a gruesome place.

The breakfast wasnt very good, and the rooms felt quite old.
