Best service and location. Recommended.

I was fortunate enough to reduce my honeymoon to this hotel! It is a great hotel, with very kind and helpful staff!

My husband and I stayed there last weekend. Our experience was amazing! The staff was very friendly and always willing to help us. The guys serving the breakfast were very polite and attentive! The room was spotless, spacious and comfortable, the only disadvantage was that there were not many lights in it which made us feel sleepy :D But everything else was spot on! Could not recommend enough :)

My daughter and I stayed here mid December. Our room was lovely and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Perfect location too! The breakfasts were great.
We can't wait come back this December.

The location is convenient. The hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast has a great selection and the staff is friendly. Downside: The surrounding area of the hotel is a bit scary.

Good afternoon! We were here in July. We liked the room as a whole, except that there is no washing floor. That's why it's dirty. The Russian channel did not work in our room. It was very unfortunate. We liked the food.

We were guests at Atrium hotel in Budapest from August19 through August 23, 2018 at the hotel Atrium with its amazing staff, the ever helpful desk ckerks Steve Bolla, Sabina, Ishtavan the entire crew and the wonderful kitchen staff, this is an oasis of an hotel and every staff member a pearl. The manager MELINDA so helpful and kind even suggested that one of the receptionists accompany me to the post office to deliver a package overseas to make sure its safe arrival. The hotel is so clean and neat and the room with its high ceilings spacious and so cozy and beautiful — what a GREAT PLACE TO BE IN-NEXT TIME ONLY AT THE HOTEL ATRIUM ELI AND RUTH ELIAS ISRAEL.

A great hotel accommodating my self and my friend brilliantly over the week of Sziget Festival. Love the style of the hotel, beautiful place to stay.

A rather dismal location (& with no window in the room) but the hotel was compact, clean and had very good staff — efficient, courteous and pleasant at all times, — and I thank all for same. Buffet breakfast was good quality if just a little limited. The 10.30 (rather than the usual 10.00) finish for breakfast was appreciated being there on pleasure, not business. Our room was on the small side but acceptable. If in Budapest again I would not be avers to staying here again.

The Atrium fashion hotel is a friendly, modern, clean and attractive hotel within easy reach of transport links and some fantastic bars and restaurants as well as some of the most interesting sites in the city. All the other areas of interest are easily accessible from her via Budapest's comprehensive transport system. The reception staff helped us with great travel advice which made our visit so much easier and relaxing. It feels like a hotel a couple of price points up. Fantastic value for money. We will definitely be back.

We really love this quaint little hotel. It has everything you could ask for. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast is good with a variety of hot/cold dishes to choose from. I personally have MS and when we arrived at 2am the night porter was so charming and welcoming. He even got the ramp out for my wheelchair and all done with a smile, and that continued throughout our stay. Wonderful little boutique hotel slap bang in the middle of this beautiful city. Thanks for everything. Will definitely come back.

I thought tge hotel was good not brilliant dust in one off the room witch has not been cleaned as well staff was not friendly in the breakfast and dining area food not a lot of choice no health option only fruits.

The hotel is located in the center (walking distance or short drive from all attractions, but still peaceful and allows relaxation. Esthetically pleasing in house and the reasonable breakfast is satisfying plus. The staff is attentive and friendly.

Nice hotel and very quiet. No view on the outside, but not annoying at all.

We had a fantastic stay at the Atrium hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. Great value for money.

The staff is courteous, the structure simple but tastefully decorated and clean. Little choice for those who love the sweet breakfast and the beds not very comfortable.

(+) Nice location near from transportations, friendly and very helpful receptionist, very clean hotel. (-) No room service, Average breakfast, tiny room with no window or balcony, the rooms are noisy from early morning because the restaurant is uncovered downwards all the rooms (sky light design), so you hear all preparations even people talks and housekeeping chariots, Room has poor lightening! Over priced and cannot be considered 4 stars. Suitable for students or youth who wish to have a bed space.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. But we were fortunate that the room was overlooking the city. I guess the atrium rooms can be stuffy. The room itself is good: air conditioning, kettle, fridge, extra. Pillows, TV with channels in different languages, in the bathroom strong water pressure.
Breakfast is a delicious buffet, coffee machine and champagne.
Nearby there is a metro station, trams, buses. Getting from the airport by bus 100 e to Piazza Astoria, further on foot on a straight distance of about 1 km.

Location Clean, fresh. Good location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The only drawback to my taste-the lack of windows on the street in the rooms, respectively, lack of daylight and fresh air.

Simple but very good place downtown to stay. Excellent service polite staff and amazing breakfast.

Location is great and staff are friendly. Complimentary breakfast has enough variety and options for those who are vegetarian. The room was a little small and felt a bit cramped. Whilst there not being any natural light wasn't too bad, the room felt stuffy and unventilated. Overall, great base if you plan on spending your time exploring the city rather than in your room.

I was alone in this hotel for 2 nights in December 2017. +good location of hotel +room was small but clean -thermostat in the room is not working, its incredible hot in the room -no windows to outside -inside the hotel its very loud, u can hear your neighbours and evertyhing -I had never a "breakfast" like this, first morning I tried it, second morning "never ever"! -the bed was big, but not really comfortable this hotel would have in Austria or Germany never 4 Stars!

Good points : Location, cleanliness, staff overall friendly. Bad points : 1. Rooms without any sound isolation. As soon they open the breakfast room, noise wakes people and not possible to sleep more, 2. Even if the thermostat was off, the room was very hot and was not possible to regulate temperature. Very difficult to fell asleep under the conditions. 3. Shower without hot water in the morning. I have a an allergy to cold and if shower under cold water, can have a anaphylactic shock as such could not take a shower in the morning. Went to reception to complain about the shower, lady did apologise but did nothing to solve the situation. Absolutely useless 4. Went to have breakfast (after awful night and no shower) and breakfast room was to full. Had to wait more than 1/2 hour to have a place. The worst experience ever had in any hotel and I do travel a lot. 5. Did to reception to complain again, lady still apologetic but took no action to solve or attenuate the situation. Worst hotel experience I remember. Paid for a hotel room to 1) have a night sleep and 2) have a shower in the morning and some 3) nice breakfast before continue trip. Paid the hotel but had non of the expected benefits.

Stayed in December 2017. First lived in Room 108-on 2nd night found two bites, very similar to the bites of bedbugs. As already there was a similar experience, immediately asked to change the number-changed without problems, without any questions. No more bites. The room was very big and the breakfast was great. So, alas, I suspect the hotel… Although varied number (110) were satisfied.
The hotel itself is good-new, stylish. The location is quite convenient. The staff is polite, speaks mostly English.

The hotel is situated a 10 minutes walking from city center. Calm place, but sound insulation might be better. Very good breakfast.

We spent a wonderful weekend in your hotel. It is clean, elegant, quiet, the staff is polite, discreet, and always helpfull. The breakfast is rich and tasty. The position ideal. A couple of minute's walk to the metro and tram. I recommended!

This hotel is a gem! The staff made me feel so welcome, and were forever accommodating my silly questions or requests with a smile. I fell ill for a day or so and the staff went out of their way to help me. The breakfast was the best I had on the entire trip (Paris, Prague, Vienna and Budapest). The location is ideal — close to everything! An excellent value for a very pleasant stay!

Very special and is centrally located 15 minutes from the central station and a few minutes from the Danube, I had a great time.

Austere and clean Hotel, pity the lack of air conditioning that in the humid heat of Vienna would not have spoiled.

We stayed at the hotel for about six days, during which we were impressed by several things. First, the hotel is located not far from the city center and close to the metro station, tram and buses (about 2 minutes walk). Second, the hotel is clean and tidy and the staff is courteous and helpful in terms of recommendations, problem solving, etc. Third, breakfast was excellent. Warmly recommend.

Stunning atrium which breathes light into most of the rooms which surround the central core. The hotel is a tad far from the central areas and after breakfast there's no food or drink available. The desk staff are very helpful though.

Clean and roomy bedrooms. Big drawback for me: no windows so it easily gets stuffy in there. I had to have the air conditioning on at all times, which I don't like. Breakfast isn't memorable but reasonably good. Friendly & helpful staff. Good hotel overall, would definitely recommend it.

This is a very nice hotel, centrally located. It is bright, modern and airy with attentive staff. The room was great with a nice powerful shower! It's tucked away slightly which gave it a peaceful feel but only a minute or 2 from shops etc. And 10 mins walk from the excellent ruin pubs. I can highly recommend.

Nicely decorated hotel with sunny atrium. All rooms face atrium, so no street noise. Front desk staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel and will stay here again.

Four of us stayed there in February. It was a very nice stay the hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good, a wide choice. The hotel was very central, near some nice restaurants and bars in the Jewish quarter. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Budapest was a beautiful city.

Awesome hotel! Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is the diamond of the location, even if its next to all public transportation. Breakfast very good with some different hot dishes daily for variety! Only one note, there's no fresh juice at breakfast. Please put a fresh juice (at least orange juice) machine!

Beautiful Hotel. The staff were very helpful Clean and tidy rooms and breakfast huge and that vary always according to the time of arrival in the room. Congratulations.

The Hotel is in a good location quite central. There is no private parking and the rooms are a bit small. Despite this the rooms are clean. Breakfast is a buffet. Cheaper than the nearby Ibis budget just because the IBIS is on the main street, the Atrium on an internal parallel. Cheap price for Budapest. From us it would be a 3 star hotel.

Really good and friendly staff. Comfortable place to stay. But everything in the room decoration look short to me. Haha.

Smart, clean hotel with well equipped rooms. Fantastic location next to bk and McDonald and quit a big spar. Well within walking distance of all 25 main attractions. Could really do with having its own bar.

Very modern nice shame the lack of Windows in some rooms. The price is modest x service.

Very nice hotel. Clean and new. Nice rooms, good beds, nice bathrooms and with a safe on the rooms. Free Wi-Fi on the rooms with a fastconnection. There is no window in the room to look on the street, the window look to the center of the hotel. At night very quit, no music or traffic sound. In the morning a good breakfast. The metro to discover the town is a walk from 150 meter. If we go to Budapest again, we come back.

Good hotel, modern, simple breakfast, competent and helpful staff, rooms pretty and comfortable but very mals isolated in the morning from 7:30 you can hear the sounds of the cutlery of the people who eat, damage. Plan quies balls.
