Love the room with a super bath. Nice and quiet but a little too warm. Good breakfast with plenty if choice. Also good location with short walk to underground station and a shopping mall and restaurants just up the road.

So far all good only arrived today, just been allocated room.

Very comfortable hotel and a nice quiet room at the back of the hotel on the 6th floor. Good selection of food at breakfast.

Overpriced and Overrated. STAY AWAY The rooms are very small and everything is old. I don't know how they have a 4 star rating. The bathroom is so small that the towels are hanged inside the shower cabin. There was a lot of rust as well in the bathroom. The pillows were thin and bad for sleeping. Also we had the worst breakfast, all the food was very low quality. The strawberry jam was grey… so I couldn't eat it.

There is no parking lot, so you have to pay 14 euro/ night. During the day you have to take it out. For sure this is not a 4 stars hotel, I would rate it as 2 stars with breakfast. Pro: room is pretty.

While the location of this hotel was ideal for our stay we thought the staff at the reception were not very well versed in local knowledge. We also found the room shabby, and needed to call the maintenance team to replace the shower fitting, and the shower leaked all over the floor. On at least one occasion our towels were not replaced, while our laundry was left in the room uncollected. There was also no laundry price list in the room was stated in the room guide. After we left we received an extra cleaning invoice — something which I am currently disputing as it appears to be related with water issues in the bathroom. Not my most memorable hotel experience.

Room and breakfast okay. Location good for a city hotel. For a weekend trip just right. Service okay.

The hotel is really nice and the service is great and the staff is welcoming, plus thanks to it's good location you can visit a lot of tourist actions by foot. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Well-furnished Room, a bit small, but only intended to Stay overnight and relax in the Evening.
That is why it is quite sufficient.
The Breakfast was well stocked, all there to help you get excited for the Day.
All in all a good Hotel.

Clean friendly hotel and central to all buses, trams and metro. If you're over 65 tram, bus and metro are free! Great saving when on holiday.

Very good price/quality ratio. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Comfortable, clean and complete room with coffee maker and coffee and complimentary tea. Good location, close to the transport and if you are willing to walk 30 or 40 min, also from the Budapest attractions. Well connected to the airport through the bus 100E to stop at Deak Ferenc, 500 mts from the hotel.

For a city break the hotel is quite okay. Only the air conditioner was not turned on although it was very hot.

To the hotel, is well located. The room was clean. Unfortunately, nothing is replenished. Bed linen was not changed in 7 days. Water should be available free of charge, as is normally the case with 2 bottles. As well as coffee and tea. This is also never replenished.
In the area cleaning the room is catching up.
There is a sauna and a small sun terrace available free of charge, which is pleasant. However, there is still a lot that can be improved. The shower in this area has the best time behind it. The rooms could be more pleasant. Also, it would not be bad if you would provide for this purpose bathrobe and towel.
The breakfast is OK.
On the whole, there is still air to the top.
Would not rate it with 4 stars. Sorry.

Overnight stay prior to flight was fine but hard to find in dark and rain. Usual good quality accommodation.

Definitely not a 4* but a good 3* hotel Had a three nights' stay and would recommend it to be just a good 3* establishment. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are reasonably clean and breakfast is adequate. Definite pluses are: tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and safe in the room, in addition there is a 'Buddy' you can use during your stay, electronic device, enabling you to find your way around as well as make free calls. We did not use this, as we were adequately equipped for our short stay. Would recommend this hotel as a reasonable and budget 3* hotel but it definitely isn't a 4*.

Courtesy, availability, cleanliness and comfortable in this tree you feel pampered and followed. The staff are friendly and always helpful. It is offered a great service, for those like us who are leaving for a weekend, the free luggage storage. The international breakfast satisfies every palate.

Amazing hotel, good location and very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay for a few nights in Budapest!

Big room, clean and quiet. Very comfortable beds and in a good location with respect to transport. As a drawback, they don't change the towels if you don't say so. Very good value for money.

Very convenient for the parking lots has proposed one in front and with 14 euros to the GG you're quiet. Recently built one thing that bothered me the pillows in the shape of ravioli and the night ping I don't know where it came from I did na struggle to get to sleep!

I stayed for 4 nights. The place was very cozy, nice and clean! The staff are friendly and helpful. They also offer a well assorted breakfast. The hotel is quite central and it is just 2 steps from the Metro… In short a great place to stay if you are in Budapest.

Good location, nice hotel, receptionists were helpful. Breakfast limited but alright although they ran out of a lot. House keeping terrible didn't actually clean anything or provide clean glasses. This was a shame as the rooms were actually nice. On 5th floor no real view some depressing flats outside and the Wi-Fi only works in the lobby. Safe in room broken.

I was very disappointed, precisely because of the really good reviews. We arrived relatively late and on my question at the front desk whether we could get a 2bett room, they told us the beds are separable, right, however, under the beds, unfortunately, was not cleaned for a very long time, ranging from plaster to leftover food, it was Very disgusting. But the shock came in the morning, for one sticky soap residue on the shower doors and the Tiolette was similar to a station toilet, the glasses dirty everywhere pubic hair just disgusting. I asked reception to eliminate these grievances until the evening, well what should I say there was nothing cleaned. The receptionist told me there is no one more of the housekeeping there… I asked him if he believes in all seriousness that I clean, after that it was cleaned. So, breakfast well, thin coffee, cold tea water, old bread, very idiosyncratic selection (sour champions, old frenchtoast, etc) only the scrambled eggs are ok… conclusion, would not check in again at this hotel.

The hotel saves where it can. Breakfast was very clear. You smelled the hallways after cigarette smoke and the night was very noisy due to the very good location on the road.

Well located, Aunq relatively secluded d the tourist area. Metro and trams very close. Modern shopping mall next door with supermarket and a Lidl.

I was sorry for the staff. Friendly face to this disaster. How you can behaved as a guest is and remains a mystery to me. Alcohol is not a problem solver.

Clean rooms and polite staff. Just next door to Corvin plaza — big shopping mall. Metro line close by so easy to get into centre.

Booked a double, two of us and a child. Just arrived and it turned out that we are waiting for a small single room and reserve is made by the agency only for one person. We show our voucher but they don't care about their own paper. The room was clean and comfortable. Booked through 1000 roads. And if you did not register the tickets for the day before your flight you will be asked 30 euros for each ticket. Hello Hungary! )

Clean hotel and conveniently located… Metro is about 3 minutes walking distance. We had breakfast which was quite decent… I think everyone finds something to be fed up with.

Good clean place to stay, but on one end of the road is a very busy main Street. However at the other end a very nice shopping centre.

My colleague stayed here and I have seen the room. Clean and tidy room with great view from the 7th floor. Interior was stylish and the city is within easy reach. Shopping facilities and restaurants are closeby. Good value for money.

Very nice hotel in Budapest located a few minutes walk from the station Corvin-negyed of Metro 3 (from the terminus of Metro 3, the 200th bus takes you directly to the airport) and next to a large shopping centre (Corvin Plaza) with shops of large chains and A floor with several fast foods it is also possible to reach the Metro station directly through the shopping centre. The city centre is within 20 minutes walking distance.
The rooms are quiet, spacious and very clean. They are equipped with TV, air conditioning, telephone, alarm clock and mini-bar. The bathroom is also very good, equipped with a bathtub, WC and electric hair dryer.
Breakfast buffet-service very well stocked and with lots of choice, served between 7am and 10am.
The reception and bar are open 24 hours a hour and the staff very polite.
For the view unfortunately, there is not seen that the hotel is not very high, but it is not a problem in itself.
I therefore warmly recommend the Hotel City INN with standards of a large hotel chain. This is where I will definitely return if I had to come back to Budapest.

Its a good hotel with good staff. Only minus is location. But still worth to try this place.

Modern area and the hotel is modern as well. The 8th district is not famous for it's public safety but maybe this is changing now that entire blocks are being replaced by new ones. I stayed for 3 nights and basically everything was OK but nothing special. The room was clean and I liked the bed very much and could sleep well. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast but that's what I expected anyway.
