Wonderful place to stop and relax, we enjoyed a bowl of goulash no rush from staff. Sit out side on a nice day.

Very nice French-inspired but still Pesti establishment with good food, goid drinks, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Would be nice, though, to get a coffee before 8 in the morning …

Very good breakfast menus, friendly waiters, and nice location. Visited in a large group of people, service was nevertheless fast. Splitting the bill was "unimaginable", though ;)

Good food and nice place. We had some problems with organization for a bigger group, as the response of the restaurant was extremely slow (5 days / reply). Otherwise not a bad place.

The food is quite alright, however the service is awful. My company consisted of 17 year olds, and the waiter completely ignored us and made us wait a long time for our food. They also forgot my order. Although I suppose they treat 30+ people fine.

Very nice hotel with good bar and food. Pricey for Budapest but equal to UK prices so still good. Nicely placed down a quiet road near a decent Irish Bar and Cafe and mini supermarket. Would go again as room with balcony was really nice.

Very nice place in the centre but not too central! You can sit outside in the summer very nicely. Kitchen is very good and the service is very competent and friendly.
We go for breakfast every time we are in Budapest!
Highly recommended.

Great meal. The bone marrow meat dish was outstanding. A very nice evening with no pressure to leave. Spent more than 2 hours enjoying a good time with friends.

The restaurant is a very pleasant, cosy and classic place. Excellent service, high quality ingredients. Authentic feeling experience.

Found by chance and took advantage to have breakfast! Very friendly and helpful staff The room is very nice and cozy!

This is truly a lovely hotel. Very pretty. We had a normal double room. The room was only the size it need to be and nothing more. Bed was good. Bathroom nice. And it's location is perfect.

Charming place with the best food and service and wait-staff in Budapest. The food was heavily French influenced and perfectly prepared. The service was the best we recieved in town. There is an old world / other era charm in the way the people conduct themselves here that is rare I would most definitely stay at this is hotel on a return visit.

My partner and I had a great experience here! Wonderful meal, great atmosphere and perfect service. I had the chicken and risotto and she went for the cod in broth. Both were superb. I don't know how you pronounce the dessert but it's the first thing you'll see when you come me in the door. Go for it!

I ordered some pheasant thing to try something new. I really didn't like it but told them I'd be happy to pay for it but they still took it off my bill. Was really pleasantly surprised by that. They really didn't need to do that, and their wait staff was super friendly and let me sit outside and read for a good long time. Definitely recommend this place :-)

Pretty good location, food was of a good standard, service of an ok standard. They did forget 2 drinks, and on a stinky hot day that is not good. Main issue was that on a hot 36c day they went for style over function, leaving all the doors open and not allowing any air conditioning to cool down anything. So maybe need to think about practicality in future, not just trying to present the image of a Parisian cafe.

Great food and service. Salmon with couscous excellent. Son couldn't get enough of the stuffed farci vegetables — wanted another serving. Enjoyed the piano music in the background as well. Oh, and our first taste of goulash was also great.

Very good service, the kitchen is gorgeous. You feel very excited when the appliances are served on a bronze tray.

Breakfast in this café, enjoyed the coffee and scrambled eggs. A child with pleasure ate croissant.

We visit the restaurant late in a evening. We received a good service and food is impressive. Price is a bit expensive.

Very good atmosphere, good food, and they have breaky, lunch, and dinner menus as well. It's unfortunate, that the local government did not allow them to operate the terrace from this year. The hotel is nice as well. The central location makes it easy to find and if you stay there you'll be right in the city center, next to the famous Vaci street (shopping street).

Nice boutique hotel, with a restaurant thar serves good food. Strange way of offering baguette on a skewer.

Just spent 3 nights here and thoroughly recommend it. Lots of character, gorgeous rooms with period features and a vintage chic feel to it all (check out the spiral staircase for case in point). Great value for money and that's before even mentioning how down to earth and brilliant the staff are (they went out of their way to help us) — I tip my cap to the most likeable manager of all time. Just book here if you are going to Budapest. Oh and the restaurant is absolutely first-rate. Phenomenal. p. S. I'll miss the chirp of the pet Canary, the harpist and the excellent pianist (a bit of expertly played Yann Tierson never goes amiss).

We had a great dinner in this place. The prices and services are good.

Great food, atmosphere, live music. But it's worth a little wait in the evenings, and wait pay off.

Sat outdoors twice when we visited this great restaurant in May. Good food and service.

Great rooms. Clean, accommodating, amazingly high ceilings, very charming. Only negative was poor sound insolation with upstairs neighbors early morning exercises in clogs. But overall we really liked it. Charming cafe down stairs with friendly staff. Good for a coffee and figuring out what to do next. Breakfast was ok, but there are probably better options around. Free Wi-Fi. Recommend.

What a great place — had breakfast and lunch on different visits and both were excellent. Old fashioned good service at reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Will be trying it in the evening on next visit to Budapest.

Nice breakfast place, with a cosy terrace and a bit 19th century style. The price-value offer of the food is not the best though.
