➜ The first stop of our joint trip was the place a few years ago, since then we have visited all their accommodations, we have seen all the faces of the place, as well as the surroundings and the landscape (but perhaps the most beautiful in autumn). It is no coincidence that we got married here a few days ago, and it is certainly not the last time we have been here. The environment, the staff are 5 stars, in connection with our wedding, they fulfilled several special needs, for which most service providers would have just spread their hands. They made our big day a personal experience, for which we are grateful to all our colleagues!

The quality of the food is divisive based on the reviews, I think the quality of both the menu and the dishes has improved a lot, but perhaps the biggest one is the serving, the dishes are beautifully found. Although we had difficulty interpreting the composition of some dishes, we never left hungry. We visit the restaurants of Budapest relatively often, and of course it is not comparable to the fine dining restaurants in pest, but I think that's not why most people want to eat here (btw I have eaten on Bp several times less good than what is served here), just like us. After a big hike, anything can go well!
Love this place. We took the mini train from Pálháza which was about an hour long. Kőkapu itself is a sanctuary from modern technology as you won't get a signal here for your mobile phone. Just pure old fashioned fresh air and woodland walks. Beautiful setting for a relaxed lunch after a long walk.

Romantic, beautiful surroundings! In every way, I can only recommend it! I can say without exaggeration that Hungary hotels could learn from the people who work here! Heartfelt guest love, kindness smile. Divine delicious food, family atmosphere! On our part 5
