This place is a dump. Everything is broken, rotted, peeling, or full of holes. There is almost no hot water. It exists only in the shower that is falling apart. If you let the hot water tap in the shower run for about 20 minutes you MIGHT see a few drops of water only if you are very lucky!
The rooms have NO sound insulation. If you get one of the rooms on the street, it feels like the traffic is driving through your room.

My stay was ok.
I like that the kitchen has many things available.
The beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast.
During my stay the power would go out and we'd lose the internet, and the water. Getting in touch with the manager regarding this was sometimes difficult.
The cleaning lady would often "forget" to change the sheets. And since it's only a once a week thing this was frustrating. I would also notice the cleaning lady would not really sweep or mop. Luckily broom and mop were accesible.
There is a tree next door that constantly scratches against the house. This makes it sound like the neighbors are dragging furnuture all night.
The walls are paper thin. You can hear the neighbors going at it at night. 🍆 from the moaning to the "talking" right next to the pool.
Getting my deposit back I had to text 4 different people, and it took a few days to get it back. I had to keep asking. I got it back of course.
All that being said, moon apartments is a nice place stay because it's comfortable. Would I pay $600 to stay there again? Sadly no.
Maybe $400 walls being so thin and constact power outages and water outages although uncontrollable they have, solar panels yet no generator to keep the essentials running. Like water and Wi-Fi.
Even though I was critical I still enjoyed my stay. Lucky my neighbor did NOT go at it every night and I got used to then tree scratching the roof. But I will not be comming back.
