This place is beautiful and homey and a PERFECT place to retreat to after a long day. It was a total life-saver for me. I never wanted to leave.
I had an amazing experience at Palo Santo! I stayed at the hotel back in January and it was absolutely amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean and the decore was very instagram worthy. It is located a 5 minute walk away from the social hub of Antigua and right beside the best restaurant in the city! If I ever return to Guatemala I would stay here again, without a doubt!

I loved my stay at PALO-SANTO. I was traveling by myself for work and wanted to have a mini-staycation while in Antigua. If you are looking for a very relaxed, laid back boutique hotel and a place to unwind, I highly recommend staying here. The hotel has thoughtful touches in every corner and in every room — plus a lovely terrace with a stunning view on a clear day. There are plenty of little sitting areas, making it the perfect place to cozy up with a book when it’s rainy. PALO-SANTO is truly a lovely little getaway tucked inside Antigua — it was just what I needed! Great for solo retreats, PALO-SANTO would also be a lovely romantic getaway as well. I would absolutely stay at PALO-SANTO again. In fact, I look forward to it! Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and warm. I truly enjoyed my time there.
