We booked online. When we arrived, we were told that there is no room, and we would be moved to a different "better" hotel. That hotel had very few reviews and of lower score. They said they had contacted us by email (they hadn't). We refused, and after some back and forth they decided to shift a different reservation. Sorry about that. The rooms are basic but clean. Beds were not very comfortable, and it was noisy in the morning due to other travellers who were waiting for a pickup talking in the central area.

Very nice staff, the breakfast was good, although non of the room had A/C, The weather in the city ranges between 19°-21° at night. The hotel is close to the main park and plaza, as well as the St. Catalina Arc.

Very good hostel well centered with 1 bathroom per room with 4 bed which was great. It is just very noisy when people forget they are not the only one on Earth and speak very loudly in hallway. Nice staff.

They had to switch us to a different room due to an error on their end and the second room next to the main office was awful! It was extremely humid due to a lack of airflow. The sheets were dirty and we had to call them to change them at midnight after settling in for bed. They had to bring in a sticky, gross fan since it was so moist and hot in the room.

Central, cheap, nice terrace with Mountain view, but small rooms and you hear always other people coming home in the night.

A charming hotel, the room is lovely has a king bed and is very spacious, the breakfast delicious. Congratulations!

Central location, friendly staff, I suggest you to innovate your breakfast, put pure water, shanpoo custom toilet paper back in the room. Room # 10 is not suitable for rest it gives to the street and it is close to the Lobby and listening to a lot of hustle and bustle.

What you see is not what you get. Overpriced, no airport shuttle, rooms open to lobby, and you have to keep windows open if you want any airflow, so you don't have any privacy. Very disappointed.

I found a decent place, cheap, has hot water, the attention could improve! However what matters most in this place is the benefits for their price. The center is very close and you can go to eat elsewhere. Bring your soap! And remember what a nice terrace to relax in!

Location was good, just a few minutes' walk from the main square. The room was clean and well-equipped with ensuite bathroom. The staff were very helpful — I wanted to extend but they were full the following day so found somewhere else for me. Good value and I'd certainly stay again.

For the 12-bed dormitory at 50Q at night and 64Q on Saturdays during the off-holiday period.
