I visited the restaurant more than one time and the food and service was good. The gardens and ambiance is nice, there is enough space for parking.

I loved staying here and extended like 4 times. Great value and it’s so nice to have a cabin, staff were happy to help and give extra layers if needed but it was totally warm enough.

Great hotel if you’re wanting to be in the heart of the city! You are literally off of the Main Street with all the artisan shops — but it still feels secluded enough to have some privacy.

Excellent gardens and volcano view with well equipped rooms.

Nice hotel in general. Apparently there are scorpions, but we didn't see any. The rooms are okay, with great views of the lake.

Very nice to have a private room. No AC, lots of spiders but our shower was hot and for the price it was worth it. A short walk to the town and the owners were very kind to us and helpful.

Showers are not really warm, room was clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast was small but ok! A bit outside from the “center” but tbh everything is close.

My stay at B'alam Ya was nothing short of spectacular.

My husband and I had such a fabulous stay at Villas B'alam Ya. We were looking for a spot where we could really relax, but still be close enough to town and activities.

A nice hotel close to the center of town and about a five minute walk from the waterfront. Good security at night. Free water refils.

Rooms are very clean, toilet might need to be cleaner from the inside. Service was amazin, the clerk was awesome let us leave the car there after we checked put for a few more hours.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with this hotel that was pleasantly surprise. It definitely has a social vibe to it. They definitely promote their activity and such but it wasn’t over the top.

Wow! Amazing place to relax in Panajachel before you take a 25q boat to the rest of lake atitlan.

Very basic hotel (more like a hostal) with the basics. Its like 20 min away from the lake and the breakfast is ok with just coffee.

The price of this hotel is unbeatable. It is Felix and his sister working the place. The place is extremely laid back and relaxing with a complimentary breakfast in the morning.

We had a room with a private bathroom. The accommodation is simple, but absolutely worth the price.

Very relaxing and beautiful place to stay with great views of the lake and nearby volcanoes. Room was very nice and clean. Food was expensive but very delicious and high quality.

The most beautiful views. No washer or dryer. No ac. No fans. Shower was ok. Warm water. But still was amazing to stay there. Just a heads up on those things.

A skyscraper building (I am on the 14th floor) located by the lake.
Not situated at walking distance to the village.
Large room and medium bathroom size.
Gorgeous room view over lake and volcano.

Great hotel with great staff. Salvador in particular was great. So helpful!

The view was beautiful from the third floor. Close to the lake. The bedding had a musty smell like it wasn't dried well.

-close to waterfront.
-beautiful and roomy rooms.
-electical outlets keep the plugs in 😅
-Wi-Fi is super strong.
-the workers there are really nice.
-hot water works.

Wonderful place to stay. Very close to the boat dock. Other than the loud music from sublime that started at 6pm and usually went until 11, the hotel was perfect. Spectacular views.
