Lousy customer service,, it is the second time I go and that disappointment the first time very poor hygiene had a bottle of pure water consumed I imagine by the previous guest I asked. The lady that if I could take a new one, I never arrive, the second one did not clean me to the room and that I request it 2 times the staff has no vocation, total lousy terrible service last time I go,

We spent with my kids on New Year's Eve, and from the welcome to checking out of the hotel was a nice experience. Good rate with breakfast included.

I liked the hotel. Very convenient and safe in Cayalá. Just a suggestion: we have available a microwave. Because my daughter-in-law and I went to a concert of Luis Miguel. We left at about 11:30 pm, cold and tired. We had No mood of going to a restaurant. We had food in the mini-fridge but we didn't have where to heat. And the restaurant at that time I had no meal service.

Bad experience. Two nights without sleep because the air conditioning does not work on the 5th floor. Requested room change after the first night however I couldn't change at that time specific because it had to get out. You tell the person on reception (Jose Escobar) that I would return. About a couple of hours after returning, and the fourth had already been awarded and there was no other. The kind with indifference and attitude told me that as I had rejected the delivery. It should be noted, that I never reject him. Second night and it doesn't work.

Terrible service, very bad organization, terrible attention and communication with customers. Train your staff; it's no use having nice facilities if the rest is a disaster. They do not have an internal communication system, they do not know about reservations for events. You can see the lack of coordination, they're lost.

Great location, I love the décor, sober, elegant and stylish. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The lounges very well equipped and the restaurant has a beautiful and unparalleled view of the city. Congratulations, beautiful facilities!
