I have visited many hotels in guatemala this surprised me, The rooms very comfortable and clean and the best was the food of the restaurant, better than the hotel great chorti the only bad thing is that they need better attention at the reception.

I don't recommend it! Unfortunate as change for bad the hotel … we come from afar remembering the excellent service of a year ago, I ordered dryer and iron and they do not have 😡, the door plate did not work, we could not lock the room 😡, dinner was served almost at 11 o'clock at night cold and hard, when the children had already fallen asleep, for dessert cups, At 3 o'clock in the morning they dismantled the equipment with hammers, in front of the rooms. In short, it is not worth what they 😡 charge.

We stayed 2 nights, the hotel we liked it very much and the food we loved. The service of the restaurant fascinated us and the food excellent: quantity, presentation and flavor.

We would definitely stay at the hotel again, however, I would like to make 2 recommendations:
1. Check the general cleaning and maintenance of the facilities, as they will obviously deteriorate due to their continued use.
2. Define a schedule of use of the pool area, during our stay a large family stayed until type 1 a. M. In his impromptu coexistence activity; I saw that the Restaurant for example has areas where this type of coexistence can be perfectly enabled and is far from the rooms.

The best place in Chiquimula, beautiful comfortable, excellent food, good price, only the staff lacks a human relations course.

Had numerous issues while we were staying here; granted the staff did their best and were professional and helpful, but the facilities are just not up to par. During our stay the hot water in the showers rarely ever worked. The toilets would flush sometimes and sometimes they would not. There is no option for the cleaning crew to skip your room although I also never asked the front desk, so I'm sure someone staying here could do that possibly if they wanted to and see if that worked. There's cows that graze through the hotel grounds occasionally (they probably use the cows to maintain their grass and vegetation levels on their lawns) and the poop from the cows is everywhere afterwards; it's not picked by staff until many days later if they do it at all. They don't clean it (the cow poop) off the sidewalks completely either, so watch where you step if you stay here. The beds are ok although there's nothing spectacular about them. If you can bring your own pillow that would probably be better than the hotel ones depending upon your pillow; my pillow from mypillow is really great so I brought and used that instead. Most of the staff speak Spanish although there are a few exceptions of staff who do speak English, but don't expect it as it's about maybe five percent of the staff who speak passable English and understand it somewhat. Having a translation software or a translator is extremely helpful.

It is Nice, the only issue is that somehow, the construction won't let the Mobil signal to get into the rooms and there's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, then everything's okay.

It is very comfortable. The food is good and plentiful. Has a nice pool. It is near a supermarket and within 1 mile of Chiquimula. Failure to implement room service in some sectors and some Wi-Fi. The shower water takes a long time to warm up, although with the heat, it is better to bathe with cold water.

Great cevichi, a little in the pricey side but very nice.

Place was excellent to sleep but was missing ice machine in the hallway and refrigerator and microwave in the room. I miss the hotels in the USA.

Great place to stay in Chiquimula!

Personally I found it a nice and pleasant place with a service of kindness and comfort, as a recommendation in the pool area it would be good to have a roofed part since children and adults are exposed a lot of time to the sun. Otherwise excellent service.!

A hotel very spacious, pool, restaurant, lounges for all types of events, parking ample for all the guests and invitees. It pays to be a place where you can celebrate a moment in the romanesque. It has a lot of green space where you can do some kind of sport.
