You're going to get exactly what you pay for. No more, no less. That being said, the one unexpected thing about my stay here was that our shower did not work so we had to use cups to pour water over our heads. Private parking was a nice plus. The staff was very friendly.
Not sure why there are no reviews to date but this is a really good-value option in Guam and I am very happy to recommend it.
Very close to the airport though taxi drivers may not be sure of the location.
About $15 but just $10 drop-off charge by the One Pacific.
Very large rooms with all that you could ask for though I struggled to get the Wi-Fi and TV to work but that was probably my fault.
