Terrible greedy Korean owner and poor property management. Stay away from this place otherwise you’ll be ripped off and will never see your deposit back even after being a loyal tenant for over 3 years. I usually never share my experience but I hate greedy unfaithful people who don’t even have courage to talk and justify their point as the owner is, so I decided to warn nice people not to get in a scam. If you have something broke in a unit property management just ignore you. Took them 3 month to fix our door after typhoon, so my husband ended up fixing it himself as everything else including lights, fixtures. Poor quality rental units with paint pilling off.

Its awesome. So many points where it's awesome. It's like an apartment, but with all the major amenities of a hotel. It also comes with a full kitchen with appliances, cookware and silverware. You can literally move in the first day, and all you'd need are groceries. Everything is there, ready for you. Clean towels, starter toiletries. It has everything a hotel has except a pool and gym area. Its in a great location, however a bit difficult to find. But when you do, it's definitely a gem. I recommend it to all. It's clean and feels homey. They do have strict rules, but what establishment doesn't. I also like the fact that you Dont need keys to get into the apt. It has a key code thingy that unlocks the door. Programmed with a new code of your choice once you make a reservation. Really cool.
