Accustomed to 5 stars I was a little surprised by some details but overall I highly recommend! In 3 weeks we were really able to enjoy the hotel to the max and it remains an excellent memory!

Very nice evening, very competent staff, the meal was delicious and the setting sublime.

Very nice charming hotel and in a great location. Rooms and suites very well furnished and bright with sea view. Staff very helpful and always attentive to customer needs. Exclusive restaurant and great restaurant and beach service. Highly recommended.

Beautiful breathtaking view.
The cocktails are excellent, both visually and tastefully. The setting is sumptuous a stop is mandatory. One of the most beautiful resorts in Guadeloupe.

La Toubana is at the same time a haven of peace, a chic and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel is superbly decorated and maintained. Private beach, delicious cocktails, caring staff and breathtaking views… High-end services.

After taking a day including massage, restaurant and access to the pool, we were very badly received at the restaurant.
It was raining, we had to move our table ourselves, we were treated to a very inappropriate remark from the waiter, no one apologized either for the inconvenience caused or for the wait of 1h30 to have a dish, knowing that other people who had arrived after us and had already been served.
When we ask for a gesture to the bill, we are told that it is normal, that we should not take it badly … in short for the price we pay, for a 5-star hotel, it's a shame to have such a service! The stars are not everything, the rest would have to follow.

Extraordinary site, exceptional hotel in Guadeloupe. High-end services and services in an idyllic setting.

Lovely location and very friendly team! Our room is with plunge pool and the room is spacious, very nice. If more plants can be planted at the edge of the fence to give guests more privacy!

The door of our room located in the villa did not close, the lock of that of the sbd was broken and did not close either
Midges/little beasts were present on and in the sink
Pb with the Italian shower the water did not flow properly

The maids woke us up at 10am while our rooms were booked all weekend for this wedding.
Even though the waiters were friendly

We took the pool package, wanted to enjoy the services of the bar and this one! No one informed us that everything was closed but on the other hand the collection at the high price of the day was not missed …

Just came to have a cocktail of fresh fruit which was "water". I saw much better in small simple places, it was not worthy of a 5*
The hotel is very nice but the beach is tiny and too bling bling.

Hotel can recommendable waiter not friendly racist manager a complete scam not up to a 5 stars we were badly received children not tolerated the manager ordered us to prohibit children swimming in the pool they told us that we had to pay access to 40 € per child in addition to consumption in the restaurant (children's menu at 89 €) for children over 10 years horrible day I recommend it to No one.

Beautiful setting, but disappointed with the meal. We were there on Wednesday. Entrecôte no quality, risssoto very very average. Welcoming staff.

I came for a dinner and the latter was just perfect dinner of high quality staff to the small care and very good respect gestures barriers and social distance between the tables
only downside a very great difficulty to be able to reach someone in order to be able to book forced to go through Instagram.

The place is ace set away from everything yet close enough also — the bar ladies are great — a good banana daiquiri is worth trying but unsure who makes the best. The jury is out on that one.

The setting is beautiful and the bungalows pretty but we expected better service for a 4 star and prices so high. Not to mention the unbearable noise of the club med opposite that forces us to sleep with earplugs despite the windows closed and even there we are not quiet. No mini bar and no fridge in the room when it actually passes 30 degree it's great. In short it is not worth its 4 stars or its price.

Generally, we will leave feedback when one is unhappy… well, we are, we are, very pleased with the stay that we just passed. It is necessary to start with the maximum score for the team, considerate, caring, smiling. A big congratulations. The place is magical and so far from major hotels standardized. Here no problem of neighbours, since each in its own box, elegant and beautifully decorated. The beach is a little jewel away from the tourist hustle and bustle… the outdoor pool is also gorgeous, with a beautiful view, and the restaurant that is on the edge is an excellent level.
