Friendly staff and excellent location near the beach.
A rare and charming small hotel, full of character and charm, with a genuine warm welcome from the management team, who work hard to make guests perfectly at home. The rooms are due to be updated soon — the only reason for a lower rating this time. Nothing impaired our very enjoyable stay.

We were caught by a terrible storm and floods during our stay, we had to forget about our vacation and focus on finding enough basic supplies to survive and getting out of there safely… However, there are no words to describe the help and hospitality provided by our hosts Ioannis and Zoe who were always there for us in the time of crisis — providing information, cooking lunch and dinner with little food we had and even managing to keep us entertained when we had little to smile about. I would definitely return to Yala Chorefto, regardless of our bad experience as no one could have known the weather would be that bad, but other than that Chorefto itself is a very cute little village with a nice location and plenty of beautiful beaches around. We'll try our luck again, maybe even next year :) Once again big thanks to Ioannis and Zoe, hopefully they will see this.
