We were about 25 holyday in Greece. We to live hotel, apartment, studios, but this Hotel the best choice. Full services, full cleaning, full technics, very clean swimming pool, and very kindly owner.

A friendly hotel in a beautiful area. The staff was excellent en very friendly. Clean and large rooms and there is a nice pool. Good breakfast was served.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly great experience! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist.

Everything about the hotel is great. The food is delicious, the rooms are new and clean, the pools are clean, the drinks at the bar are cheap 2.5 euros for a frappe.

We spent 8 wonderful days there at the end of the season!

We came for one night on our way to Corfu — and stayed for four nights, and if we could, we probably would stay longer.
The stuff was wonderful, and it was a great location and view from the balcony.

A very nice hotel with really friendly staff and ready to help you. The rooms are spacious, spotless clean and tastefully decorated. My only suggestion is that the towels could be a little bigger.

Abundant and varied breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Very good food and very fresh fish. Everything was perfect. We will come back again with great pleasure.

The room was more or less what we expected. It was clean and tidy, the view was amazing, close to all the restaurants in the center and quiet at the same time. We would visit again!

I was absolutely amazed by my stay at Nicolas Apartments! The location is perfect – right in the heart of Igoumenitsa, yet wonderfully quiet.

Booked for 1 night before catching a ferry. Communication ahead allowed me to check in early, soon after I got off the bus at the port, which is about 10 min walk.

Perfect location, just 1 min walk from the port, available parking below olive trees, nice yard, more then helpfull hosts, clean and big rooms, just simply 5/5

Our multinational group of friends from Ukraine, Moldova, Romania, and Canada chose an incredible place in Greece, Sivota, and the Oriana Hotel as our meeting point for a shared vacation.

Very beautiful small hotel. Built with excellent taste and beautiful details. Room was spacious, with a perfect view of the sea. It has its own lovely beach with olive trees.

This hotel is one of the best in the area. Brand new with the best view at the most picturesque bay of Sivota!

A real gem! Beautiful setting, with spacious apartments, all with good views. Very well designed and is very peaceful. The rooms are very well sound insulated.

A very nice and new residence in the right location. Very close to the centre of Sivota, just 2 minutes by car, but not inside, which makes it ideal.

We spent a totally magical week here in October 2025 with our four children, ages 16, 14, 10 and 6, booked as a treat for the whole family after our youngest had surgery earlier this year.

Just back from an amazing week a Elix. We were there 3 years ago at the same time and all I can say is that it has improved, if that is possible.

Lovely place, close to sea side. Pool was little bit dirty. Suitable for families.

The house is secluded on a hill with a wonderful view of nature and the sea. It is very modern and tastefully decorated and very clean.
One of the highlights is of course the illuminated pool.

Very nice and well equipped family-run Hotel, easily reachable from Igoumenitza, with direct access to the beach and hospitable easy going and welcoming staff.

We stayed at Hotel Coralli Beach at the beginning of August for 6 days with our family, and it was a wonderful experience.

We are here the second time and love the place from the service of the staff at the reception until the last staff member.

Everything is superlative. You rarely find accommodation, the beach and good food in the same place in Greece.

Very quiet and luxurious place. Clean pools, friendly staff. All kitchen equipment provided. The view from the window is simply stunning. I recommend!

It's rated as a four-star hotel. I grade it as a five star plus. Hospitality service breakfast swimming pools one of a kind.
