We really enjoyed our stay, Apostolis the owner is very welcoming, the beds are big and comfy, the hotel is being taken care of well with beautiful flowers and eye for details.

Entering this place accidentally, I met a very lovely and cozy place that combines professionalism and pleasure in the same time.

We spent a totally magical week here in October 2025 with our four children, ages 16, 14, 10 and 6, booked as a treat for the whole family after our youngest had surgery earlier this year.

Just back from an amazing week a Elix. We were there 3 years ago at the same time and all I can say is that it has improved, if that is possible.

I highly recommend it! Everything was perfect. I really hope I get the chance to come back here.

Nice quaint villa about a 5 minute walk to the beach. This is one of those places that you feel good supporting. The staff was super friendly and courteous.

Beautiful accommodation in Syvota/Sivota. Peacefully located with a magnificent view — lovely from our terrace, but even more breathtaking from the pool area.

I stayed here for three nights. While the location is amazing and the private beach on the rocks is a nice touch, there were a few things that could be improved.

We had a wonderful time with our family and two kids (7 years). We felt very welcome, the people were so nice and always made sure we had everything we needed.

HELLO… It was a wonderful and peaceful campsite where we spent five days as a family.
The sea and beach were beautiful and clean. The landscaping needs a little more maintenance.

Here for an air cooled VW festival. Great facilities. Toilets being constant cleaned. Communal fridge and freezer. Washing machines (€3 per wash), restaurant and bar on site.
