Thesprotia Regional Unit Hotels

It was a nice time to stay there. Ferry cancelled and I stayed there for a day. The lady on the reception was so kind and helpful she take care of me.

Hotel ok, simple but what you need for staying in Igoumenitsa (usually linked to a ferry boat). Room is clean, the room door could be a bit more consistent (for insulation).

The condition of the apartment calls for renovation — everything is very old, worn-out, and shabby. Half of the towels are overused, and the bathroom ventilation is weak.
But it was clean and quiet!

Spotlessly clean, really easy to check in with a great automated check in experience. Great location close to fantastic restaurants.

Great accommodation! We stayed for 8 days and it was the best vacation ever! The apartment is large, with a lot of space for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2). Very nice design. Great view.

Amazing room, comfortable, spotlessly clean with a great view, very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets, the service of the staff above our expectations, we will visit soon.

We had the best experience at Christies Luxury Suites! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Christina the hostess who was the most welcoming and sweetest person.

Excellent location with amazing view. Bella Vraka beach is right below the suites, 2 min walking. The room was always clean, tidy and really quite. The breakfast was full, didn't miss anything.

Perfect location, very nice studio with magnificent sea view! Comfortable bed, kitchenette for self cooking, very clean. Helpful owner! I recommend it!

Clean apartment. Great location at the marina. Host is helpful and kind. Can recommend.

Amazing good! Very clean, very nice people and the price is very good!

Excellent house with all the comforts and all the necessities for a family.
And above all excellent host always willing to help.
George, everything is perfect!

Excellent place, breath taking view, luxury and comfort. What a great experience!
Was also ideal for working remotely.
Exceptional hospitality by the owners! Thank you so much.

Very nice view, clean and beautiful pool. The management should provide an espresso machine.

Is Mr. Janis still the owner of the villa? Warm regards to him!

The apartments are very modern and cozy and Mr Panagiotis is very helpful and understanding.

Very kind hosts! It is in the center of Sivota, i. E. Close to everything! and very comfortable and clean rooms! 👌

It’s a newly built apartment furnished with high standards. The place is lovely and quite.

The BEST place that we've stayed in of all of our trips around the world!
Amazing apartment. Modern, clean, bright with comfortable beds, huge balcony, brand new kitchen and a luxury bathroom.

You know the old saying: in a pinch you learn who your real friends are. We spent week 42 of 2025 in Sivota as guests at Hotel Filakas.

The hotel and its rooms are really clean and well air-conditioned. The staff is a nice and helpful bunch.

1000/10 – One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in Greece!

Our time at this incredible spot was like a dream! The suites, nestled among the peaceful trees, felt like a cozy hideaway from the everyday chaos.

The people make the place. So we booked our visit to this little heaven on earth! I have no words to say. Great place great location but most importantly incredible people. Who should I say first?

An amazing place to stay, close to the nicest beaches in Sivota, next to the main square and port where you find all you need. A special thanks to Mr. Kostas who was the kindest host we ever met!

Great villa, highly recommendable!
We had a great time in Sivota — rooms were clean and well taken care of. Everything from bedsheets, towels to kitchen cutlery was there.

We spent some wonderful days in Syvota in August and were very pleased with our stay.

The kindness of the host, very nice accommodation, everything is clean and tidy, to be recommended.
