It's fine! The hotel is suitable for relaxing with children! There's a pool. Close to the sea. Empty beach, whereas a little further — the beach is stuffed with people.

It's a great hotel. It's a great beach. It's a little worth updating the numbers. But the friendliness and hospitality of the staff overlaps with everything.

Great hotel to relax with amazingly friendly people! The new rooms with private pools are amazing! Great and quite spot between Vlychada and Perivolos. Good breakfast, great pool and restaurant area! The only con: entering the sea is not easy without the special shoes they provide, as the pebbles are slippery in some spots, but the beach bars in Perivolos are only 5' by car!

Is there a dead donkey outside of your hotel?

Nice swimming pool with beach. It says there is air conditioning but not in the bedrooms. Bedrooms have no doors, just curtains, a fact we weren't told. Awful smell from the pipes.

I’m sorry for such a low rating but honestly I wouldn’t stay here again. This place has the potential to be good, but our experience did not meet our expectations for the price. First, the positives:-the staff are wonderful and friendly-the pool area is very nice-the rooms are clean-easy access to Perivolos beach However, we specifically booked the three bedroom place for our family because it advertised a kitchenette. What we were given was a room with the “kitchenette” downstairs from the eating area (outdoors). There was only a hot plate and barely enough space or dishes to cook anything but a basic breakfast. To be fair, after complaining we were shown another room which was different and the room next to us looked slightly better, but it was not available. The air conditioning was barely adequate to cool the space. The sitting area is uncomfortable and not large enough for 5 people. The beds are hard and rather uncomfortable. The whole place stank of mothballs. While the pool is awesome, it stained our swimsuits green. We didn’t use the beach area, it’s not that nice. So overall we were not comfortable there, especially when considering where you can stay for a similar price. I think if the owners addressed those shortcomings it would be fantastic.

Strange place. Nice hotel but location. The most furthers I've ever see here! Even with transport it's difficult to get there.

WE GOT ROBBED IN OUR ROOM I would have given a good rating to this hotel if I had been asked to do so at the beginning of our holidays : efforts are made to make it a nice environment, there is a nice pool (even though it was too cold in October), the staff is friendly at first sight… but what happened at the end of your stay is just unacceptable. On our last day, one of my clothes has disappeared from the room between the morning and the evening. I am 100% sure I had put it in the closet before leaving the room (it is a night kimono so I wouldn't go out with it or bring it outside…), and it wasn't there when we came back at the end of the day. We searched the entire room just in case, but it wasn't there either. Just so you know, the room was always locked if we were not inside, so nobody could get in except the cleaning staff. We informed the staff right away on the following day, but they just told us none of the employees reported having found it. Still, it cannot just have disappeared! Even worse, the receptionnist just kept saying they've never had any theft problem with their staff, so what I was reporting was impossible. She didn't even try to know more about the situation and solve it, she just didn’t want to cope with it. No excuses, no consideration, nothing.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The people there are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. We had two great weeks there and would definitely go back. Thanks guys xx.

I like the breakfast and the swimming pool. But the near by beach is not nice. Black sand, rocky, blurry water. The house where we stayed was nice but it is quite noisy at night when someone opens a door. We can hear everything that is going on in the house.

Quite nice, friendly staff, nice people, they make us feel very welcome. Clean room, parking, breakfast not exquisite but nice. Overall great time, strongly recommended.
