Excellent customer service. Easy Jet cancelled our flights home at 1.30AM, which meant we need accommodation in the middle of the night. I called Iliada and there was a helpful member of staff on hand. We booked in an were shown to our room in the usual manner and a smile. The room and facilities are all nice. The main swimming pool is excellent. Thank you very much Ilida for your 1st class customer service.

This place is so good We can't fault it. Close to the black Beach and restaurants. It D lean and quiet. We will be back.

It's a value for money stay. Staff is really helpful and courteous. Breakfast is boring with minimal items. Swimming pool is good. Wi-Fi is slow. Ambience is good.

The hotel is well maintained with the room in good conditions. The receptionist was really helpful and he upgraded our booking without asking.

Unacceptable staff especially at the reception with a very posh attitude. The breakfast didn't have the basics and we were waiting a long time for even a croissant. The rooms weren't clean. Disappointed with the money we have given for!

Friendly people are running this hotel. Very pleased with the accommodation.

At first this hotel seemed really beautiful. The rooms looked like its own little house and it was nice to see on the outside. However when we got to the hotel, they said our room wouldn't be ready for another 2 1/2 hours. So when we finally got out hotel keys and went into our room, it was a HEAT WAVE! So hot that I was dripping with sweat and our room had a old perfume smell that didn't sit well with my nose. It could be that we got a dud room. So please don't get room 110. It is right next to the laundry room so if you plan on staying up late and sleeping through part of the day then good luck! You will hear so much banging and clanging that it wasn't even possible to sleep. Not only that but our DOOR KNOB BROKE! We were physically stuck inside the room since we couldn't open the door. So we had to call help from the window to have someone open the door for us. One of the workers told us that he will fix it for us so we should go to the beach and it will be fixed. Well we go to the beach and when came back, the door was still not fixed! I was furious and I demanded another room. They refused saying that they were full when I knew that they had open rooms for other people checking in at 5. Then after my rant they finally got it fixed. And our TV remote batteries are dead with their blow dryer not working. I highly don't recommend this hotel due to their lack of service and their accommodations. Especially when their rooms are a disaster.

Terrible experience with the poor quality of the rooms and almost no customer serivice when asking for help. I've never had to complain so much to an establishment to get a door knob fixed because we were trapped inside the oven with a terrible AC unit.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, spacious and airconditioned. They offer a pool and a hot tub but islands best beach is just 2 minutes away! Bus stations are there as well, however at night the bus schedules and stops are a bit scetchy. Extras: The staff member stayed up to welcome me at 2 am. They also allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby after checking out. Loved it there.

Great hotel very clean and people working there are kind and wellcoming. The location is great very near to the black beach.
I recomend this hotel to everybody.
In adition everything was great exept the breakfast, very poor and every day was the same food.

Odysseas is the best hotel! The room was great and the numerous pools on sight are incredible. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach with wonderful restaurants and places to layout. Furthermore, the customer service was truly exceptional. They let us check in early and allowed us to leave our bags when we were out before check-in and after check-out. They even set us up with an ATV rental and taxi. We would definitely stay there again and would absolutely recommend them.

I liked almost everything.
Owners tried their best to be hotel warmest and comfortable. We actually really liked hotel but there was woman from stuff who actually said that knew Russian but it' was not so. And in the breakfast she was standing near the tables and counting how many croissant we were eating… she was very rude, she was coming in our room with out any knock.

Excellent hotel in the area, clean, nearby the beach black, quiet and with personal willing to all.

Hotel quiet and relaxing! Very friendly and helpful! Large rooms with terrace, two pools and breakfast! A one minute walk from the sea!

I would not recommend this location to anyone. It is not as advertised and is poorly kept. If you're into having spam for breakfast, then maybe I would recommend it to you.

Very nice hotel. Friendly personal.

We were there last year for a week. We were so warmly received. Very friendly, whole facility clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, especially the freshly prepared sausages and scrambled eggs. We'll be happy to come back. Area very nice.

Excellent hotel for all tourists visiting the beautiful island of santorini, good attention, comfortable rooms, excellent food, good five star hotel is the maximum.

Very friendly staff very clean and a great area close to beach and transportation a beautiful place to stay we will be coming back here again.
