We have just arrived back from this fantastic hotel. The staff can not do enough for you. Could not fault it at all. Both my husband and I had a birthday while we was there and both day a cake and some bubbles were left in our room.

Absolutely stunning hotel. My son (8 years) and I were checked in by a brilliant concierge who upgraded our room to sea view suite. Our private balcony was the perfect place to have dinner, looking out to sea while we listened to the music playing by the pool. This may not be everyone’s cup of tea as not everyone will appreciate the music but we did. Very chilled out atmosphere, family friendly too although technically not a “family” hotel.

What a beautiful place — staff are a amazing and food is delicious. So child friendly — we were here for dinner with an 18 month old and the staff couldn’t have been better. Will be back!

I have been to this hotel 5 times now, it was a fantastic place for a quiet holiday. The food was good, thanks George, Maria behind the bar, Nico and Claudia, lovely people. But sadly the hotel has been sold to another company, I hear that the place has been demolished and rebuilt, it's gonna be too expensive now. Shame it was just right.

A Hotel on one of the most beautiful islands in the world, with tremendously beautiful views on the beach and a huge swimming pool. Habitiaciones luxurious with very attentive staff and profesionilidad. At night the only musical a little annoying by its volume. Then you have to see the helmet of the interierior of Santorin with its bars pubs with an atmosphere like in the paradise. As the island is of expensive tourism there are no fights, boratchos or uneasiness. A true paradise and recommended to 100%

We returned home Sunday, after spending 10 days at Mediterranean Beach Hotel, we don't usually leave reviews, but as we felt we didn't want to leave the place, thought we'd give you the heads up.   Its absolutely stunning, spotlessly clean throughout. The cleaning team (And there are lots of them) are A1, work hard and long hours to keep it tip top at all times, so thank you ladies and gents there. The Bar & staff… fantastic service and so friendly & helpful and never forgot names or what you like to drink. Didn't get to meet all the staff but massive thank you to V Versailles, top barman, (plus he looks like a Calvin Klien model) but with a beautiful personality, my other half even agrees.   Jo (Joanna) well (mad as a box of frogs) in the best possible way, such a gorgeous character, so bubbly and always smiling… Benny is a little darling, thoughtful and helpful in all ways, a little diamond… Pool area. I'll post a pic of sunrise. No more words needed… Reception were very professional & helpful and after mentioning we would love a room with a better view, they changed us  on the 2nd day to a beautiful suite. (Maybe it wouldn't be possible in peak season) but we were thrilled. We booked bed & breakfast, but we'd say  going all inclusive is the way, even if you're like us and hire a quad to explore the island.

Ripped off. We booked 2 nights at this hotel and were told that by breakdown we had to move to another of their same chain and superior category. The "HOTEL" we were diverted from is the IMPERIAL MED RESORT. This hotel should be 5 stress as the MEDITERRANEAN is 4, well, the IMPERIAL MED is a hotel that does not reach 2 stars. It is an old hotel with a bathroom in unsanitary conditions (in the shower there were hairs from previous guests). The bedspreads in the beds were filthy and under the beds it was full of fluff and there was even a sock from previous customers. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wanted to put a claim as we paid for a hotel that is more expensive and in a superior room, and also apart by the cleanliness of the hotel and after more than an hour of talking to them, they said they refused to give us any claims sheets and even started Aron to put on an aggressive plan. By the way, this same problem had 3 more couples. Anyway… These two nights were a real nightmare.

In October, the hotel was still overbooked. Had to have a night in med. White stay overnight. I don't think that's ok if you book a hotel you want to stay in it as well. It's just a time consuming and aud and call back in. There are new rooms that are modern and hip and older rooms, there are also ones without windows!
Reception staff quite unkind and not very understandable for such a situation.
Plant is very nice.
Food is moderately varied every day of fresh rice or apples.
You also have to keep in mind that plays music at the bar until the night. So if you're sensitive, and has a room direction sea, that can interfere.
Close to the airport, take off and land you can already hear very clearly if you are not used to being careful.

Pretty sure we have been given the worst room in this hotel. Room. 108. At the reception we got told we have been upgraded to a superior Double — far from it. This looks nothing like any of the photos online. The airconditioner is noisey as hell. Went back to reception and she said the hotel is booked and nothing she can do. It 11.26pm the rest of the hotel looks really nice but this room is horrible. Also don't expect any help with luggage. Infact they watched me struggle to take me and my wife's luggage. Worst First impression of Santorini : (

First of all I want to point out the AMAZING service from Maria and Chris at the front desk. They had great attitudes and had such a can do energy. Next I want to point out the best bartender ever Vasilis! Wowed us with the mixology and taste of his drinks! The only downsides about here is the housekeeping kept leaving our window open when we were gone and the mosquitoes came in. They had a buffet with us : (.

Fantastic hotel with great views we made friends with many of the staff which made our stay even more enjoyable would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice resort but really let down by not great Service. Not enough loungers with shade options for guests as they also allow Med White guests to use also. Fees payable for cabanas and some loungers — range from 15 Euros to 40. Noise from airport and depending upon wind direction, jet fuel fumes around the pool area. Very unpleasant. Also gave us lower grade rooms than what had been booked. Did not admit it until I asked. Seems to be a common occurrence as other guests had the same issue. Either over booking or just unscrupulous behaviour. Did let Thomas Cook know about it. Will need to wait a couple of days until correct rooms are available. A la carte menu is good but the buffet food is pretty mediocre. Lots of pork dishes, so if you don't eat pork then you will have a very limited choice at the buffet. Not a foodie heaven by any means.

Total Dump, a bait and switch. They advertise and show pictures of other resorts. They are a mile from the beach and 10 miles from the cliff views. The cab driver told me they have changed the name a bunch of times, because the place is a dump. Look for other reviews with the name mediterranean in it, like "Mediterranean Royal" I posted some real pics of this place STAY AWAY.

Stayed here for 7 nights in June 2017. The hotel was really nice and I would recommend for anyone looking to stay in Santorini. The hotel is close to the airport and a little distance out of central Kamari. We were in Santorini for a wedding and the majority of the wedding party were staying in Kamari which meant we had to get a taxi to the bars and restaurants to meet them. This was about €10 each way but arranged by the hotel reception. Taxis on the island are generally quite expensive to take locally but reasonable to travel across the island. The hotel rooms were clean and well maintained. The pool area was large with a number of loungers and day beds. The beach had more sun loungers and parasols that you could use. The beach however it mostly pebbles. We ate in the hotel for breakfast, the food was standard fare although the pastries were a favourite. The bar menu at lunch was very reasonable and we ended up sharing a Greek salad and chicken club sandwich between two most days. The bar staff were very friendly and attentive, with an honourable mention going to Maria for always asking how we were and importantly, always remembering our names.

Excellent hotel renovated near the beach of Monolithos. Restaurant with a wide variety of Mediterranean cuisine. Nice and Big pool.

Great, great pool, hot: water. GENIAL! But me small flat is that the hotel is so big that we can if lost. :-).

Excellent for a week with kids. Or alone. Nice cosy setting. Small scale resort. Good choice of food.
