A family run hotel where they all make you very welcome They will go out of their way to help you anyway they can We had a lovely clean and spacious room with a bathroom with walk in shower Spectacular views of the mountains and seaview from the balcony Small and friendly A little gem of a place to visit I would be very happy to return here sometime in the future.

Love this place nice and clean and the staff are really friendly and the best people I have met.

Having an amazing 2 week stay here. Staff cannot do enough for us and are so friendly. Apartments are beautiful and pool area is spotless. Plenty of sunbeds. Lovely 5 minute walk into the town at night for plenty of restaurants and bars. Highly recommended and will be returning.

This a hotel of 2 halves, on arrival asked about our request for adjacent rooms and they wouldn't have moved us until the tour operator got involved, had the family split up even though I asked for adjacent rooms when the holiday was booked. First room leaky shower and like an oven, air con was an extra £100, lol, slept on the ants infested balcony… Second room, although a good refurbish job and much cooler and larger, the previous occupants had left a present stuck at the back of the fridge and the room stunk like a dead mouse, the cleaner said she couldn't smell anything untoward, don't know if to take that personally or not… Eventually found the problem a 1am after 3 days of the smell, a block of feta, and all I got was sorry about that, again lol, so 5 days into the holiday we were able to relax. Food questionable, drinks good, entertainment excellent and staff pleasant if not exactly helpful.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the beach is very close. Serves the usual type of menu for the area and the town/village of Pefkos is a 10 minute walk. The only issue was the price of the air con. We had 2 rooms and the price of air con for both of them would have paid for another room.

Well, after a long journey from waiting the plane to go on holiday and to arrive at the hotel, it was let's say pleasant. Besides the room, the cockroaches, the ants and the mosquito's, but to not forget that we had to "enjoy" a very not nice noise of a ventilator because the air conditioner was broken. Not to say more that our friends which whom we shared the apartment, they had the issue with the broken air conditioner and their beds were separate (them being a married couple). While the "engineers" were trying to sort out the issue with the machine, they literally walked into our rooms without even knocking, no excuses, just to see what is the air conditioning issue. I don't know about you, but I expect when someone is walking in my room to knock and wait for me to open to them. All these because we booked the holiday with an agency who apparently is not very well informed. I'm sorry, but for a person like me who doesn't like insects, it wasn't a good time at the hotel, it was only pleasant because of the time we spent at different restaurants, different beaches and turistic places. I would never recommend this hotel or Thomas Cook agency to anyone.

We have had a wonderfully relaxing holiday at the Palm Bay apartments. The location is just over the road from the sea and we loved the almost deserted beach with its rocky inlets, sandy sunbathing areas and lovely clear water. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and we would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms friendly and helpful staff. They will go out there way to make sure you have a wonderful time.

Palm Bay is divided in two parts: One with restaurant, pool and and a rooms facing the beach below the pool. One across the road with lobby, supermarket and rooms. Place is clean and tidy and rooms on the lobby side seems brand new with new furniture and cutlery. AC is working well. The pool is warm and good for kids and adults. The beach is clean (and ever more so after we collected some trash) and have easy access for swimming. Snorkling is ok with shallow water and some fish.

Great Holiday value for money.

Still here… Basic accommodation on the beach can't ask for more than that. Food in restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. The whole hotel is a family concern and run with warmth and considered kindness. All the staff are pleasent and polite. Nice quiet location 10 minutes walk to Pefki if you want the tourist trap. Beach nice, but better towards Pefki at Pleki beach… 3 minute stroll along the shore. Big thanks to all, we have another week yet and are looking to return next year already.

Good hotel, view from our window is straight out over the sea which is 50m from our door. Room is clean and has two of everything. Includes a fridge and air con (air con is slightly extra but well worth it). Every staff member has been really friendly and can't do enough to help. Pefkos is only 5/10 mins walk away so it's really well situated.

A beautiful location with seafront view. Stunning sunsets from the terrace. Relaxing atmosphere. Clean rooms with all you need on hand. Definitely recommended.

Typically Greek accommodation but has a great pool and a nice beach. Great view's, staff are brill.

Beautiful place to recover from a year of hard work. Nice and very polite people. Good food and beer. 20 seconds to the beach! Highly reccomended!
