Maria Apartments Apartment

Finally got to book a holiday at this sort after accommodation and was not disappointed. Clean apartment with a good size bathroom and a large shower. Regular change of linen. Balcony with a sea view and local surroundings. With the beach 5 mins away a very enjoyable holiday.

A wonderful 2 week stay for a family with both young children and Grandparents. The apartments are spacious, the balconies have some beautiful views and notably they were extremely clean and well serviced by Jeanette and her hard working team. They offer direct access to the nightlife, the beach and to some lovely pools to relax in during the day. Nothing was too much to ask; from currency exchange to hire cars, and from tourist advice to darker foundation! … We all had a great holiday. Thank you and see you again soon.

Had to leave sunny Pefkos for DJ bookings here in Not so sunny London and I stopped off at the lovely Maria Apartments to print my boarding pass and change some currency — thankfully I got a very decent exchange rate I'd walked past this place so many times ASSUMING the prices for accommodation would be well out of my league, given the perfect location it's in (just opposite The Akanthos Cocktail Bar — heading towards Lee Beach), and to my shock *And delight* I've foun…d a new place to recommend to friends & family that want to visit! They charge per room and the rates differ every month but are all extremely reasonable. Not only that, Jeanette, the owner, took time out to find out how my stay had been and shared some beautiful words of wisdom which really makes all the difference when you're leaving a beautiful place like Pefkos. She genuinely touched my heart Also, because of the confusion on whether or not I needed a boarding pass (monarch airlines — And you don't need to print beforehand) she kindly waived the print charge as it really wasn't clear on what I needed to print. So gutted I didn't check them out beforehand, I would've loved to view a room but I know someone else that was staying there and they'd said the apartments were perfectly situated and very spacious. They have studios and 1 bed apartments and rates incl air con *I believe*.

My grandparents stayed here for a week in July. They thought the studio was clean, spacious and ideally located. The owner/manager was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend the Maria apartments.

We have stayed in Maria's many times and we cannot fault it. Its ideal for self catering, air conditioning included, very clean and being on the main beach road its in the ideal position.

Been coming to Pefkos for 14 years, first time at Maria apartments, spotless, lovely family, nothing is too much trouble. We'll certainly be back.

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Maria Apartments. We stayed in Apartment 1, on the ground floor. This apartment has two bedrooms and was perfectly suited to our needs. It comfortably slept three adults, one four year old and one 18 month old child. In a great location and close to a great selection of resteraunts. Lovely and relaxing surroundings and sitting on the balcony in the late evening watching the world go by was lovely. … Janette was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The apartments were spotlessly clean and I would definitely return. I was a little sceptical at first as there was no pool, but no need to worry as there are loads to choose from. We ended up visiting the Oasis Pool and the Matina pool most days as we have been to them before over the years. Thank you again Janette.

We had a wonderful holiday at Maria Apartments Pefkos. We have been coming to Pefkos for the past 15 years and have always gone through a holiday company. Never again! This time we booked direct with Janette who was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back! We travelled with two teenage boys aged 12 & 15. Apartment … We had apartment 1 which was ground floor. This is a two bedroom apartment with kitchen/diner and bathroom. Apartment was lovely, comfortable and just what we wanted. The rooms are cleaned daily (except Sunday) with fresh towels. Both rooms (which have two single beds in each) have air conditioning, safes, hairdryers & double wardrobe. Wi-Fi is free and was stronger at the front of the apartments. Pools There are a number of pools surrounding the apartments. We opted for the Kelari Pool bar (1 minute walk) — food is amazing and my boys liked being in the pool and being able to keep an eye on the footy! Food There are many restaurants to choose from and we enjoyed choosing different restaurants each evening. (Kyma, The Two Brothers, Pepperconi & The Piazza were our favourites). Transfers Janette organised a taxi from the airport for us which cost 70 euros. He was there on time and took us straight to our apartment. We did find a travel company in the high street in Pefkos that offered a airport transfers for 49 euros. I can't remember the name but will update if I do! This was a minibus so much better.
