Kos Hotels

I took an apartment on the First floor with a big balcony to the city and stayed for 5 days. The apartment was very good and clean (it was cleaned every day, with new towels and bed linen) , big enough for two persons (even 3 if necessary) and very well equipped. In fact, one could live there :) just a few meters from the beach and from all the bars in the village. I had a very good stay in Mastichari and really recommend you to stay here

The property is next to the sea and really close to all kinds of local shops. The host was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend and hope to visit again

We loved this place and the lovely hosts! A bit on the side but 5min from beach, surrounded by olive trees and with relaxing tiny garden behind house for morning breakfast. Night sky with stars and cicades all day long. Felt sooo islandish greek. Definitely great spot and value for money.

Arrived on 3/10/21. Booked direct with Angelos. Greeted and shown apartment which is comfortable with basic cooking facilities but so many restaurants you don't need to cook. On arrival we were given water, homemade jam, homemade delicious biscuits, and their own olive oil. Homemade goodies left most days and mama can cook! Another 9 days left to explore the area as everything on your doorstep. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Nothing too much trouble.

I recommend a stay in this hotel. Staff very nice and helpful, food very good. Welcome wine and fruit were waiting in the room. Rooms spacious and clean. Interesting Greek evening with dances. Mr. Nikolas and the manager NITIA are very nice and caring. The hotel deserves 5 stars.

Lovely complex great to have your own complex pool. Food not so good lukewarm and repetitive. Beautiful main pool sun all day. Bar staff amazing as is the restaurant staff. Out in the wilderness but bus takes you to Kos town daily.

We have just returned from a wonderful week here. We stayed in room 502 in the main building. Room was so comfy and clean. The view was amazing. The pool areas were lovely, however to say there were notices saying that sunloungers couldn't be reserved there was plenty of it happening. If you wasn't there at the crack of dawn you didn't get near pool. We found a little elevated spot near the main pool that was lovely and secluded, but not far from the bar. The food was amazing, very good choice.

Dimitri is the greatest manager ever he's so funny and a very active person and he helps you with all means necessary, the location is perfect and also the staff this place is cool.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous gardens in great location for walking into Kos town. Staff really lovely and helpful and the room we had was amazing really modern and quiet at night. Welcome drink on arrival and fresh towels everyday. Small and quaint hotel 10 min walk from a lovely beach and bars. Can make your own waffles at breakfast which where very tasty 😋 Would definitely recommend and stay again 😊😊

We hired a quad bike for the day and traveled the island, stopped here for some food, beautiful place with outstanding service. Would recommend.

Strongly recommended! Very kind host, close to the beach, clean rooms and everything we needed and more! Parking and a nearby supermarket are a big bonus!

Gorgeous place right in front of the beach! Nice view, delicious food, many tables outside and inside. Not very fast service, but it's definitely ok for Greece.

Floral studios is a superb place to stay. Very clean, fully equipped, close to the beach and restaurants, everything in walking distance. Owners, Katherina and Antonio, are very helpful with anything, very kind people. You have your privacy, or company when necessary. No need to carry beach towels. There is also a bar during day or evening. Best to book directly with owners. Make sure you visit Kos city in the evening and Zia sunset. Quiet place to relax and recharge your batteries.

Stayed here in September 2021. Spotlessly clean and covid compliant. Very spacious two room apartment with a beautiful wet room. Owners Antonis and Katherina could not be more helpful. Really well situated for great restaurants and beaches. Lovely bar which is used by guests and small enough that everyone chats and socialises. Could not reccomend these apartments more highly. 5 stars all the way.

Great place to base yourself in Kefalos on Kos. Simple very clean studios with good view over Kefalos and always guaranteed a warm welcome from Antonis and Anna, the owners.

This is our first time that we have stayed here, we stayed on the ground floor, we met the owners last year. This year it was a last minute for us and we love it.
They are the most beautiful people you could ever meet. The rooms are so clean. Their hospitality is wonderful. My husband and I and some friends of ours who stayed last year. We love them. Yes I will stay here again ❤

Me and hubby stayed one night at this property. The woman who met us when we arrived was so nice to us. She even carried my suitcase to our room. The room has everything you need for short stay accommodation. They give a big bottle of water for free which is very nice bc it's so hot in summer. I give 4 stars because of the noise that came from outside until the morning lights. I woke up several times because someone was passing with their loud old moped.

Basic accommodation with everything that you need. Lory the owner also has a great shop around 100mtr down the road and she and her family will go that extra mile to make your stay stress free, everything you need is on your doorstep, shopping, beach and restaurants/bar's, shall be returning very soon.
