Stayed here 1st june 2018 We visit greece every year an I must say this place is 1 of the most friendly clean an lovely places we have stopped paul an his family are so helpfull in every way pool, bar, food, an accommodation all spot on nothing is to much trouble from booking trips 2 quads or bikes or even a car you cam du it all from this accommodation food, we had many a good meal from breakfast to lunch to evening meals all excellent meals even food that wasnt on the menu thay cooked for you an all very reasonable priced aswell as drinks, clean pools clean accommodation clean complex an well maintained all in all the 3 of us had a amazing time thanks 2 paul an family an all is staff a big thankyou from the Woodwards room 35 xxx.

Just spent a week at the Fili Apartments. A family run complex with good food, clean accommodation and people who go out of their way to ensure the guest has everything they could ask for. Nothing is too big or too small for their attention. I wish we had booked for a longer stay. We will be going back next year and staying for longer.

Brilliant place. Friendly owners and staff. Great value for money. Only a 15 minute walk to the village and Kos Town is only 15 minutes by bus. We will be staying at fili again next time we go to Tigaki.

This is most disappointing to have to write but we booked these apartments with Love Holidays and when we arrived after midnight with two young children were told we had no room. After trying to resolve a complaint With Love Holidays the hotel denied all knowledge of the issue even though we were ringing the UK directly with Love Holidays. I wouldn’t use them either as they did not provide a satisfactory response avoid at all costs…

Well can't fault the place very clean staff are really lovely and friendly food good too. Only thing is the trek to town but it's a lovely walk along the sea.

Love it here. Friendly lovely hosts. Excellent pools and not far from the sea. Good bus service into the town and into Kos town where there are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars.

Been here 4 times so far. Quiet location but really clean and friendly. 5 minute walk to the bus stop and the beach. Beautiful pool and restaurant. Rooms cleaned regularly and big enough. Was here during the earthquake and the owners were brilliant. Helped everybody through a traumatic experience. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Well kept apartments and gardens. 2 good swimming pools. Nice friendly helpful staff. Good food. Free Wi-Fi. Quiet location.

Been going there since 1996, twice a year sometimes, absolutely love the place Apostolis (Paul) and his family can't do enough for you.

Perfect vacations with my family… relaxing easy going and very good food at resonable prices.

Initially the positve: Nice, clean, pool area. Pool bar with friendly service and good food, unfortunately to loud at night at 2.00 music heard duetlich in the room. The negative points outweigh unfortunately: can be no talk of cleanliness in the room. The arrival was a dichke layer of dust on the mirror in the bathroom. The harness was have been rinsed apparently only with water, to see that the leftovers of the previous inhabitants were. There was mold in the refrigerator. Cleaned, but then only the floors (not bathroom) was every other day, and just all around. Bed linen was changed only once a week. When it was once again necessary for us because our youngest was "leaking", the cleaning lady reacted very unfriendly. The mattresses in our room were full of stains, a mattress cover did not exist. The fresh linen as well as towels were not clean, but had several stains. Conclusion: not again.
