Absolutely brilliant, we have visited greece 5 times and this was the 2nd to kos. This time we stayed at this hotel and the staff was exceptional very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, The food and hotel was excellent and deserves 5☆ we could not fault it and the sunbeds are superb. A little gem, food exceptional both breakfast and dinner, massive choice of fresh home cooked food made with good quality ingredients. Rooms exceptionally clean modern and airy, all staff very friendly and helpful we will be back.

Great Hotel! Very nice staff, delicious food and divine Cosmopolitan and Aperol Spritz! These people made our stay a dream.

We had a very pleasant holiday up until the last day. Kos Town has everything you need, plenty of bars and restaurants, history and culture and of coarse the weather.
The hotel is not in the best location but we knew that, it is a good 15minutewalkto the start of the harbour and at least another10minstothe old town, beach about 15 mins walk as well.
We couldn't fault the hotel at first, good rooms, pool and sunbeds fabulous and breakfast has a good choice with it being replenished often to keep it well stocked.
But on the last day after we had checked out a member of the reception team approached as and in front of other people, demanded that we go to reception area as we had purposely damaged a table in the room, I was totally embarrassed and felt humiliated by the way we were spoken to. After heated words by both us and the hotel staff about who was to blame for the damage we demanded we see this for ourselves. This particular table is made of metal and the paint had dissolved and gone to bare metal and looked as though it had been done by an acid or chemical, as I generally do not carry this type of liquid on holiday we denied the damage again. I tried to take picture of this damage but the member of staff kept getting in the way and so was impossible to get the proof that I needed.

I would definitely recommend staying here, lovely hotel and not too far from the town. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would of loved to stay longer.

Functional clean, does the job, staff are nice. Typical Greek apartment. If you want a villa get a villa. This is a standard apartment nice pool area. Kid friendly.

Rude staff, cocroaches in apartments, bedbugs, Wi-Fi just in the garden. Worst place for holidays.

Awful service. A lot of cocroaches and spiders in the rooms. Room cleaning is poor quality. Staff does not want to solve any problems.

Diamond-apartment in city Kos is a beautiful and very clean hotel. The staff (Mary and Zachis) is very helpful, de cosy. We had a wonderful stay.
