We found the staff to be extremely nice and helpful. It appeared to be family run which gave it a great vibe. I do agree with other comments that cleanliness could be improved. It was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean could be better.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was always grumpy and yelling at people for no reason. Showed no signs of politeness and service. The aircondition was broken so me and my rommate got sick, the food was also bad so we had to eat breakfast somewhere else. Rooms were okay, but the staff was terrible. I do NOT recommend this hotel.

The straff Was always yelling at us. The airconditioner and fridge didnt Work and the neighbours Where loud.

The hotel is located in a very central place and has no very high prices, great Wi-Fi. On the other hand having booked a triple the room was very small and the third slept practically on a cot, the cleaning left a bit to be desired, on the first day they did not even come to redo the beds and the fridge in the room did not work. Luckily after talking about it, they solved everything. The owner was nice. Be careful to close the windows well otherwise the air conditioner does not start. Enough breakfast!

Friendly, clean hotel. İn to the center, a minute to rich everywhere… good price.

We are living in Bodrum, Turkey and regular to Catherine Hotel. If you are looking for a nice and clean place near the centre, this is it. Their rooms with balcony facing the street (actually they have façades to two streets) are great! It is a family-run business and they are always helpful.

We were travelling from Rhodos and we looked for hotel near harbour. Hotel Catherine was THE BEST choice:) very friendly and pleasant receptionist, beautiful new room with small but perfect bathroom, everything clean and nice sweet smell from a bedsheets… we slept like a babies:) I highly recommend it to everyone

Nice hotel, very clean, but the shower cabin in the room is too small for my size, I am only 112 kilos.

Its very well situated just off the marina front and a stone throw from the ferry to turkey and very clean would recommend it.

We was at another hotel that was three times more the price and no facilities. But the Catherine had all the facilities in the price of 24 Euro a night for 2 people and the customer service was 5 star we will be going to kos again and will be stopping at the Catherine hotel it was brilllllllllllllllllllll cheers.

Beautiful located just on the street leading directly to the harbour, the old port of Kos. The staff at Catherine Hotel couldn't be nicer and more helpful. And at that very reasonable price you just can't get anything better. recommended.

Only stayed for one night, a very sweet little hotel with everything we needed. Very clean and tidy, with a fantastic breakfast and very good price! Will stay again if we come back to Kos!
