I love this place pepole are so kind and fun to be around
Nothing is to much for them to do for you. Good food rooms are great. Short walk to every thing you would want to do in the town. And so many place to go to. I have been to many other places which most I have loved but theres is somthing special about this place so I keep coming back
give it ago ur love the place.

Excellent family run apartment complex. We stayed two weeks and it’s an ideal base for both Kos town, and the island itself. For anyone thinking of booking here please see my review from Tripadvisor. Family are very helpful — Please ask😊

Highly recommended they make you feel so welcome and the family is amazing nothing is a problem for them please recommend to your family and friends your have the best time of your life.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday at the Ampavris family Apartments.
All the staff were really friendly and extremely helpful.
The food was really good and very reasonably priced.
I enjoyed it so much I have booked to come again in October 2021.
So fingers crossed we will be able to come back next year.

Arrived at midnight, bar still open and turned the grill back on to do us a cheese toastie and some chips, can't fault that for service xx.

A lovely Greek family run business. Apartments are set in lovely grounds on the hill. George and his family make you feel at home. Will definitely be returning. Thankyou for making our stay amazing and wish you all well for the future.

I have been to the Ampavris apartments a few times with family and every time was amazing! Great people who own it and amazing atmosphere! Highly recommend.

I can't recommend this place enough. Great location, close enough to the action but quiet enough for a great nights sleep. Lovely pool, the people that run the place are the loveliest humans ever. And I really want to steal Fiona the dog or one of the Turkeys across the road 10/10 will return.

Nice apartments, nice quiet location, nice people. The family that run it treat you like their own family, nothing is too much trouble, they make you feel very welcome in such a laid back atmosphere, after a couple of days you feel like you've known the family for years, the Greek night felt like a family party that you're all invited to not just some event laid on for the guests, we'll definitely be returning here. I don't think we've ever felt so welcome and chilled out on any other holiday we've been on.

We’ve just returned from a 2 week stay at the apartments and what an amazing time we’ve had. This family run hotel cannot do enough for you. All the members of staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and can’t do enough for you. They even remember your name from the moment you arrive. Those little touches make all the difference.
The pool area is fantastic! Clean and plenty of room for sun beds. Everyone around the pool was so friendly
Our room was a two bedroom room which is by far the best one we’ve stayed in so far.
If they hold a Greek night whilst you are there, make sure you attend! The food was absolutely amazing and actually my favourite meal of the entire holiday.

Beautiful family. Fantastic atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back, beautiful rooms set in s quiet garden area. Met some lovely people who come back every year. You can’t want for anything. And if you did. The family will go out of there way to get it for you.

Lovely place so friendly with big Steve and baby Steve running the bar, always smiling and always happy to see you. Will be coming back soon.

A family run apartments. So friendly and everyone that goes seems to be repeat guests 20, 30 yrs. No problem getting sunbeds anytime of day. Great atmosphere from guests and all the family.

This is a very good adres to relax. Kostas and his family are very polite and kind. The accomodation is perfect. Nice appartment, big, very pleasant terras with a bar and pool. Closebye Kos town. We walked every day. Next year wr like to come back!

Clean and well organized apartments. Great service and bar. Kitchenettes could be a little better equipped for self catering.

The absolute best thing about this place is the people in it! We were very warmly welcomed by all and felt very relaxed here. The mood must rub off as everyone around the pool was just as friendly and shared tips on places to eat and things to do. The low number of apartments and the location being slightly out of town just added to the charm. Amparvis offers a personal touch you wouldn't experience in a larger hotel. Our room was quite basic and could maybe benefit from a little updating but it really didn't matter as the atmosphere was so lovely. We had a great stay and hope to visit again. Thank you George, Kostas, Pete and Olga and all the other staff and family, each and every one, who made us feel so relaxed and comfortable on our holiday.

We stayed there for 2 weeks and we loved it. It's an family owned hotel an you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The cleaning in the hotel could be better but the rooms is ok an as you can aspect. If we ever come back to Kos we will come back at this hotel for sure.

A lovely family run bar and apartments, genuinely welcoming people who just want you to relax and have a good holiday.

We stayed here with some friends this summer and it was one of the best holidays we have had. George and family are lovely, very welcoming and going out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms are lovely, and the pool and bar are kept on fantastic condition. There's a great snack bar for breakfast and lunch and once a week there's a Greek night where the family cooks amazing Greek food and puts on a fantastic show. The apartments are great for families as well as couples wanting to get away. Kos town is just a 10 minute walk down the road where you can find bars, restaurants, the castle, casa Romana, and the harbour.

What a lovely friendly place to stay. Pool area lovely, family run and extremely friendly. Ideally located. Rooms basic bit comfy and very clean. Clean towels and bedding virtually every day. Stayed for a week with my daughter and was ideally located for town and plenty bars and wonderful tavernas all serving amazing food. Pete especially made us feel welcome. Thank you ampavris we will be back and will recommend you to any of our friends who want to come to the beautiful island of Kos.
