Family oriented hotel with comfortable rooms with kitchenettes and small living rooms. Spotlessly clean, by the harbor. Good buffet breakfast.

We stayed in this marvelous hotel, which is perfectly located near Dapia. It consists of separate residencies, that are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. We especially thank Mr. Dimitris at the amazing sea front breakfast area, who made our mornings feel like we were guests of a welcoming friend. The hotel has the best pool, big and deep, great for swimming, with additional shallow pool for little children. We are definitely coming back! ”

I spent three days in the island of Spetses in the Saronic gulf, two hours from the Pireaus. I very much recommend both the island, which is charming, and the Nissia Family Residences there, the ideal place if you travel with your family. I plan to go back.

Fabulous Hotel! The entire staff was wonderful. Yoanna at the desk was always helpful and friendly. The rooms are wonderful, and the sumptuous breakfast could rival any larger hotel! It is right on the ocean with a wonderful pool. Very clean.

Still 3 nights to go but happy to write a review now about this wonderful place that we have been visiting for years now. Centrally located (5mins walk from the town / port), a stunning terrace for a wonderful breakfast served by the charismatic Dimitri, an amazing pool and a nice mixture of self catering accommodation. We stayed in one of the six maisonettes — my wife and I plus our 18yr old son and his mate plus friends stayed with us for 3 nights — the maisonette sleeps six comfortably and it’s well equipped.
My only negative which I have flagged before is that at 5pm the terrace and servicing is handed over to a third party (for a separate restaurant on the terrace) it’s a real shame that this is not all under one ownership on my opinion (the staff that run the evening restaurant are nowhere near as friendly as those who run the hotel).
But this will most definitely not stop us from returning again to this wonderful spot (we think this is our 8th visit). Special mention to Eva on Reception and of course the friendliest waited around, Dimitri. ❤️

Best value for money in spetses. Good breakfast. Excellent view. The rooms could need renovation at some point. But because they were very well built it can be delayed a bit.

We had an amazing stay — everything was perfect. The staff very kind and helpful. Thank you so much! We were collected with our luggage upon arrival and dropped of at the harbour for our departure.
Breakfast was delicious with some homemade jam from the owners. Fresh orange juice and a lovely buffet.

We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful experience at Nissia. The staff are absolute stars and provide an excellent service. Amazing location, right by the sea, we enjoyed the lovely view every morning at breakfast. The rooms are very good. Perhaps a little more attention to common areas but being relatively late in the season some wear and tear is to be expected.

We stayed for two nights at the Nissia in July 2022. Everything was lovely — the check in was easy and fast. The room was very large and comfortable with a great little patio area outside. The pool was relaxing and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff was very helpful in recommending everything from restaurants and beaches to where to rent bikes. We are eager to return.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Well deserved 5 stars. Delicious breakfast, amazing swimming pool, spacious and quiet houses, professional, polite and helpful staff, spot-on suggestions about restaurants, stores and sights on the island from the receptionists. Highly recommended to everyone, especially families. It was worth every cent and is my first and only option for the summers to come.

Stayed at the Nissia many a times (except the civid years). By far the best hotel for an extended stay in spetses. Perfectly suited for an extended family (young to teens). Largest pool on the island and wonderful staff.
We will come back and highly recommending it.

Spent the Easter vacation with my wife and kids, the environment is magnificent, clean, rooms are spacious and quiet, staff was very polite, breakfast was superb — scrambled eggs were the best ever had, the veranda view is the best you can have in the island and the pool large enough for a good swim. Location is few minutes walk from the centre, can also walk to the old harbour and cozy restaurants. Cannot wait to go again for our summer vacation.

I couldn’t have imagined a better spot for a short or extended holiday in the island of Spetses than the Nissia Hotel. Ideal location, since it is located seafront, just 3 minute walking from Dapia, the port, as well as the restaurants, bars and shops of the island. Ideal rooms, suites, studios, whatever a guest needs, whether they are just with their partners or family with babies. Ideal surrounding, with a very well maintained garden and a big swimming pool where they have provided a special section with shallow waters for little kids. Absolute protection against covid-19, since they follow all the measures required. Ideal hospitality from the hotel suff, headed by the owners Katerina and Antonis who make you feel at home every moment. For me the Nissia Hotel is the definition of an island hotel: From the moment you pass the well preserved traditional facade, you find the aura of summer and a great hospitality. Thank you so much!
