Rooms have very old furniture, internet connection is really bad, even I was not able to open my emails, breakfast was good. Arolithos is hotel but is not looking as a hotel, is more looking as a big house with apartments, and in total this hotel deserve rating between 7 to 8, but no more than that.
I see tat my post did not positively influence you to think about improving the conditions for guests, but I must say you must be trying to deny it. First of all regarding the internet I used my card and I worked with it and the day before I left I didnt have interner through my Greek card, so I try to use your internet but I didnt even manage to open an email, which your employees also saw, but you claimed that is was because of my computer, which opened the email without problems when I change the internet, and you by yourself confirmed that you cant do anything with provider because they have a monopol on island. I must tell you that is very malicious that we mention someones nationality in order to achieve something, and we as a family have not said a word about Albanians (by the way I worked with them IN USA for mutual satisfaction. I forget to mention in first post that you are not connected to the city sewer and that the day before last there was such a stench from the septick tenk that you are were empting that day. After your respond I am sure that it was good decision that I left a review and that evryone is objectively informed.
We had the best time staying at Arolithos! The hosts were lovely and helpful, the rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was amazing! Definitely reccommended!

Little touches in room fabulous.
I loved quirky touches like colour coat hangers.
Towels changed everyday and lovely and soft. Room had iron which was great.
Snacks provided for you in room and water everyday.
Breakfast served in little courtyard or inside with everything you could possibly want and so fresh.
Staff so nice and gave us a leaving gift.
