Lines Concept Accommodation

We had a wonderful stay at Lines Concept Accommodation. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and we felt like home. The location is perfect — close to the city center but still in a peaceful neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and helpful— special thanks to Artemis! We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again :)

We stayed for two weeks and we felt like home at this hotel. Modern and very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Location is also nice and quiet, about 10 min walk to the old center. The people are very friendly and helpfull. Many thanks Artemis!

A new and nice small hotel, the staff is very helpful, parking on the street next to the building, clean, breakfast in the room/lobby, 10-15 minutes from the center with an easy walk, excellent choice for accommodation in Rethymno.

Everyone is right, the friendliest staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Reception is not 24 hours which was a little inconvenient and English was a little difficult for the housekeeping lady and one receptionist to grasp. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is a little way from town and I am surprised no one mentioned the steep, dusty hill it is part way up, much too much for 'less than mobile' guests. Taxis fro the town are 6 euros. Towels are replaced every day if required, the mosquito screen is great, there is air conditioning and a balcony with table but as for harbour and sea views as other guests have said, that makes me wonder if they were in another hotel. The sea is distantly visible. There is a lot of building work going on, starting at 7.30 am and 7 days a week, but obviously that will only last until the block of flats opposite are built and the road repairs are done! Breakfast is served in little wooden crates up to the bedrooms and varies. Boiled eggs, fresh bread, natural yogurt (delicious), local pastries, coffee or tea, cake and watermelon. We wasted a lot and a choice to be given on the day before would save the hotel a lot of money. There is a hob, but no utensils like salt/pepper, pans etc and a coffee machine but no pods or sugar. The kitchenette is a bit of a waste of time.

Artemis is very friendly and supportive (upfront via email or phone and as well on site). Together with Vagelis they arrange everything according to your needs (eg a frying pan). The rooms are very new and clean. The location is very nice, not to far from the beach nor city and still quiet. If you have problems walking and are not by car it might be to challenging to walk up hill for you if you want to walk home from the city or the beach.

Excellent accommodation. Spacious and well presented. Spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly. Great value and a good location. Easy walking distance to city center or only a 6 euro taxi ride. Would definitely return to this property. Highly recommended.

We stayed only one night, it is exactly as the photos showed. Excellent beds and pillows, spotlessly clean nice bathroom. It seems when you arrive that your away from the town but 8-10 min walk your in the centre of everything. The young girl who greeted us was lovely and friendly and makes great coffee. Would Definitely stay there again another bonus its all new.

We stayed here during August and had a lovely time. We had a triple room, which had a slight seaview from our balcony. The room size was good, and the kitchenette was useful. We were able to put together some basic meals after requesting some additional dishes from reception. The bathroom had a lovely rainfall shower and was a good size. The only problem we found here were the smell of drainage which meant we had to keep the door shut the whole time otherwise the bedroom smelt. I imagine outside of full heat there would be no such aromas. The bed was huge — One the of comfiest beds of our whole trip — There was plenty of space for 2 of us to sprawl out. The best part of the hotel was the mosquito netting on the windows and door meaning we could have some natural fresh air — I do wish more hotels would do this!
The reception team were the friendliest we had met — Nothing was too much trouble for them, always helpful and friendly. They even stock some basics you can buy at a reasonable price such as bottles of water if you dont want to walk up the hill with heavy bottles.
The town/beach were about 15 minutes walk. What a beautiful town, and the beach was sandy near the harbour. A great place to just walk round and people watch. Nearest supermarket was at the bottom of the hill about 5 minutes walk.

Amazing hotel, very clean and new. Employees in the hotel were very kind and helpful :) Great vibe. We had a room with sea view and small kitchen, room was very comfortable. It is walking distance from the beach (15min) and city centre (15min) but for the price it was perfect and we like walking so for us it was not an issue. Overally very good price/quality ratio, I definitely recommend.

We stayed a total of 5 nights there, it’s a bit outside from the city centre not in the most scenic place, however you are in walking distance to everywhere within 10-15 mins. It’s quite and beautiful, the hotel is brand new and really nicely decorated. It’s super clean, our room was constantly spotless, and there was nothing to complain about.
Easy parking on the street in front of it, which is a super big plus.
However the best of our stay was the two super nice receptionist, who were always smiling, super friendly and helpful and gave us the best recommendations for food (seriously) and beaches around.
We really enjoyed the stay.
