The hotel is a bit old, should be renovated, 4, 5 stars it does not have (anymore). But the beach is great, the pool area too. The restaurants offer very good food the staff is attentive. All in all suitable for families. A bit expensive, in September all in for 1200, — per nose.

We are going to this hotel for the fourth time in a row, and we will go every year until there is enough strength and health! For large Events a perfect Location. All Inclusive is good and the food is something for everyone. Very very nice and good Service in the whole system. For athletes half well-suited because Breakfast is served until 10 p. M. And until 9 p. M. The fitness center open. For runners ideal if you are running on the beach. Little Greek village next door with a very sweet Restaurants (fish), and fantastic cuisine. Overall, just great for my conditions. Thank you.

Everything The staff are super friendly, food is delicius. If you do not have a child, the hotel is great to book from September to enjoy the peace. Love this place.

Excellent resort with great service in a superb location. The water park guarantees endless fun for the little ones, while the amenities cater for all needs. Make sure you bring a waterproof camera, to capture the water games fun. On a negative side, it is fair to say that the rooms feel slightly dated, but this is less of an issue, since you spend so much time outside.

Luxury resort in a sandy and clean beach, for your perfect vacation! Many pools and of course the magic water park! In every hotel there are restaurant with greek or ethnic cuisine, beach bars and pool bars. The staff always friendly and polite as in every Grecotel. Within each hotel mini market, medical services and kids entertainment rooms. In the beach also water sports facilities. Transport electrical vehicles and a train available from every hotel to the water park from early in the morning till afternoon.

I was a bit worried with the size of the resort that it would feel overcrowded but facilities were good. One of our favourite things to do was sit on the lounges that look out over the ocean / kids pools and watch the amazing sunsets. Kids loved the free waterpark (which is brand new) even though Mr4 was too short for some of the higher slides. The rooms themselves are very very basic and need some work but ours was clean and had an outdoor mini clothes line which helps when travelling with a family. Staff were also really accomodating and the breakfasts were catered for really well. After the first morning though we choose to sit inside so we went attacked by the hornets. We would definitely go back if some renovations were done on the rooms.

Great hotel with a magnificent sandy beach. Pools, gym, tennis, ping-pong … all what we need for sport or for a change. The tennis coach is very kind and professional, we recommend private lessons. The personnel in all is very polite and helpful. Most of the people speak English and German. The rooms are spacious and nice decorated. Recommend to book all inclusive!

The hotel is just a bomb, a firm five! The rooms, the beach, the food, the infrastructure (water park, courts, shops etc) are all just wonderful! Very nice pools, long coastline, clean sand beach. Sunbeds, umbrellas-all right. The service is good. The half-urns of the CIS, of course, are, but they are much smaller than in other popular countries. Mostly, Europeans, local Greeks rest. Families with children, for children very good conditions everywhere.
In general, loved it!

We stayed at the hotel from 22/5 till 29/5/2018 in a room in a bungalow. We very much enjoyed our holiday at this well situated and beautiful resort. The staff was extremely nice and helpfull. Some of the services that came with the bungalow room were not fully up and running on arrival but were quickly resolved by the very reactive staff. As this was the start of the season, there was plenty of place at the pools and beach. Food was good, especially at the Sea Dunes restaurant! The room was spacious but the furniture could benefit from some tourough cleaning (couch and coffe table were stained). Overall a place to recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Super holiday on one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. The new water park directly behind the hotel is also great. Beautiful hotel complex, in which the rooms are a little more modern & the food could be a little more varied and of higher quality. Except for these 2 points otherwise smooth 5 stars.

Great hotel for all needs. From the small bungalow to the complete house. Service perfect. Food tip. Facility is just outside. Advantage and disadvantage at the same time.

Painfully slow internet since 2008 — really needs to get fixed.

5 stars for what makes for us the perfect holiday: fine Sandy shallow private beach, relaxed atmosphere due to the manageable size of the club (not as crowded as in the oasis where we were 5 years ago), clean room with sea view, new Water park just behind the club.
What is missing: better quality of food, regular shuttle to the fishing village Arkoudi, more family-friendly drinks prices (despite half-board drinks are not included at dinner, not even water), more comfortable Terassenbeleuchtung (the glare Ceiling Lamp & Balcony lamp do not provide for spa feeling)

A very good resort. In the long run a bit monotonous and the originality of the place is missing. But this is due to the concept.

Great hotel for a family vacation!

The plant consists of three Grecotels. Mandela, Thalasso and Riviera. We can highly recommend the Thalasso. Especially for guests with a high standard and peace seekers, they find their benefits in a relaxed environment. Comfortable beds, great views, spacious grounds, discreet entertainment. More work is needed on the service. Lots of staff for an a la carte restaurant, but the service procedures do not work at all yet. For these prices you should be able to expect a perfect service.

Friendly stuff and a overall good experience. Long private beach and many pools where you can swim with a private bars.

Views of the Ionian islands are breathtaking. Service is outstanding. Selection at the buffets is very good.

Beautiful place, staff very welcoming, not a lot to do at the hotel, hire a car is the best way to enjoy this part of Greece, but if your looking for a holiday of pure relaxation this holiday is a must for fully inclusive.
