Room was smell like cigarettes old appliances. Dirty walls and floor. Last one day I have to run of to other hotel. To Porto Rio for 8 dollars more I have nice view and nice room and many pools.

A nice and calm hotel with a beautiful roof garden and view, the swimming pool is kind of small but clean.

HORRIBLE! Arriving around 21.30 we were presented with a smokingroom completely different than what you are presenting on pictures — old, dirty room, air conditioner full of fungus, dirty duvet covers… we informed directly your concierge who was so kind to present us another (non-smoking room) but in the same condition. As next we went down to the receptionist who was so
kind to present us another room. But same story here. THIS is not what you are presenting in web and what… a 4 star hotel looks like — nowhere in this world. We informed the receptionist about our cancellation and he told us that he cannot give us a refund because booking. Com need to do so — what is a lie! No response on emails and further conversation with the hotel!

Great location, friendly helpful staff, that is all I can say that is positive about this hotel. Very dark dining room, uninviting. We had 2 standard beds, one that squeaked all night, very small bathroom. Toilet seat was brokem. No air conditioning in the corridors. Hallway was dark and smelly. This hotel is in a desperate need of refurbishment if it would expect repeat customers. Definitely not a 4 star hotel more like a 2.5 star hotel.

Don't stay here! We paid for a room with a queen bed but when we arrived we got one with two twin beds. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, so we spent much more time than we would have wanted sitting in the lobby because it's the only place in the hotel where we could use the internet. The room wasn't very comfortable and had a strong unpleasant smell. We had one load of laundry done while we stayed here and were shocked at check out time to learn that we had been charged 65€ for it (and on top of that, they never returned our bag that we gave them the dirty laundry in). Overall we feel like we paid far too much for such poor quality.

The best hotel of Patras! It includes a roof garden with a pool, which is a must see! The view is amazing!

It's the worst hotel I've ever been to. The view was beautiful but the hotel was disastrous! The breakfast was quite disgusting and the room in which we had breakfast in was full of dust and it was really dark. The rooms need a good refurbishment, as well as the TV, because it seemed that it was 15 years old! The shower curtain had a blood stain and the pillows were dirty. The best part is that every night, 2 or 3 cockroaches would appear to say hello! We had been telling the hotel staff to change our room for three days and the cockroaches were still appearing! The only thing that they did was stuff the hole in the ceiling with toilet paper! Most of the staff didn't know how to speak English! The Wi-Fi could only work if we stood in one corner! On the fourth day, they gave us a new room BUT they didn't want to give us a full refund! Going to this hotel was a very bad idea!

It was a bit hard to find, GPS sent us to the back door. The view off the deck was fabulous! The air conditioner didn't work or we didn't know how to work it. The hotel is old school, nothing updated. But it was just for sleeping. The water temp and pressure was decent.

Very good location, good underground parking, good restaurant service, nice stuff, amazing view. Old hotel, the room was a bit "old " too.

All time classic and classical hotel. With marble baths. Super breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. View of the port. Very friendly staff. Pool in the rooftop. Full room service. Restaurant with traditional kitchen and very experienced chef. In the heart of the town. You should visit it.

Professional staff but the hotel is old. We need restoration. Breakfast is so-so at C grade. Cheap yogurt and not everything is fresh. Little fruits.

Something in the years. During our visit but no problems. Everything was clean. Awesome the rooftop terrace with pool and ' restaurant. Food and breakfast top. We'll be back.

A four-star hotel… but 50 years ago! Particularly the old, from the Lobby to the rooms via the lift. Beds dirty, cobwebs everywhere and it stinks of dirty corridors. Absolutely negative.

The worst hotel ever. Very dirty, bad internet connection, horror bathroom,

Before I make the reservation I called the hotel and asked that if there is any hair dryer at the room. The lady on the phone said yes, every room has hairdryer. I have made the reservation after this answer. If they say no I would do the reservation again but I would bring my own hair dryer with me. Because this hotel was on the top of our conference accommodation list, I made the reservation without hesitate. When I was there for checking in I asked a room close to my friends room, they give me first floor and second floor to my friends. And yes there was no hair dryer in my room, I asked several times to reception and every time they told me that they'll check what they can do. At the last day of my stay, the solution that the receptionist offered me was "go to your friends' room and dry your hair there". 1) There was no place to hang the shower head. 2) No hair dryer in some rooms and receptionist doesn't know which room has or hasn't. 3) Air-condition gives cold air at the heat position. 4) Train noise in the early morning. 5) Curtains were very dusty. 6) The hotel was very old and dirty generally. 7) Hard boiled eggs served very cold and there was no feta cheese for the breakfast.

Great hotel, nice staff. Breakfast was good, and parking was ample. Only complaint would be that the hallways are stale and the carpets quite old.

Excellent compared to the quality and the price. Would deserve a renovation, but difficult in these times of crisis. View from the terrace amazing and very good breakfast. Central location.

Clean, large rooms, great view over the harbour, shame about the lingering cigarette smoke smell in the room.

In the centre of the town… wonderful harbour view… all time classic Hotel. Very friendly stuff. Breakfast for Kings. I just love this Hotel.

Friendly staff, it was my girlfriend's birthday and they "donated" The suite. Only flaws the air conditioner noisy and without remote control.
