Avoid in any case! Unprofessional, unreliable, rude and not to be trusted as any booking there is cancalled last minute without valid argument! Bad reputation among travellers and islanders as they do this pattern with cancelling and changing bookings really last minute repeatedly … even while you are reaching the island and despite that they orally confirm your reservation! So you can find travellers hanging at the port looking desperate for new rooms upon their arrival!
I did a reservation with this hotel with booking in July, I arrive to island some days before so I went there to know the time of the check-in, they told me the 12 of the day I had the reservation. The day before I received a mail from booking telling that couldn't charge the price in my credit card, so I went there to say that I could pay in this moment in cash, anyway the credit card was OK, they told me no problem you can pay tomorrow with the check-in. The day after when I arrived they told me that the reservation is cancelled because my credit card is wrong, when I spoke to them about this the day before. So 9tf August I was without room and I had to looked for another one. I called with my bank and they told me that nobody try to charge nothing. Don't go to this hotel. They use booking to be sure that they book but then they done the rooms to others customers telling lies. Booking didn't help me at all. Last time I do a reservation with booking. I read all lot of bad things about this hotel, many people have had problems with them.

We had a non-refundable reservation, yet there was no room available when we arrived. So, we had to wait for hours along with more than a dozen people with reservations, that were obviously overbooked. They finally got us a room but then they kicked us out because they got a more expensive reservation and only notified us after midnight. They were completely unprofessional, they've been lying to everyone the whole time and became rude when challenged. Also they're breaking the law by not displaying the official price per night within the room. Avoid them at all costs.
