Warm hospitality from a familiy owned hotel made our stay comfortable and very enjoyable.
My husband and I stayed at the Morning Star for 8 nights and wow we couldn’t recommend it more! What makes this hotel special is the welcoming family that runs it. They are local to Chios, greeting you every morning with a smile and always willing to answer all of our questions. They recommended a different beach every day making our experience truly authentic. I’d recommend renting a car. The hotel is a 2 min drive to the airport, a quick walk to two big supermarkets and a 5 min drive to the Chios port which has amazing shops and restaurants. Every room is equipped with a refrigerator and has a balcony with a view of the ocean. There’s a beautiful pool which we didn’t use because we opted to go to the beach daily but it would be great for families. We strongly recommend this hotel and are looking forward to returning again in the future!
