We had an amazing experience at the hotel! The location is great, right by the beach where the hotel bar is located with great food and drinks.

Great place, very quiet. We liked very much that hotel offers free umbrellas, beach towels and their beach is available mainly/only for hotel guests.

Lovely, clean place to stay. Our room was very spacious with a large bathroom and garden, great with a young child. Plenty of choice of places to eat and the food was great.

We are currently 1 week into a 2 week holiday and it has been great! We were so nervous about coming after the recent spate of poor reviews, but honestly we have had such a different experience.

It was a wonderful stay! Anastasia has a beautiful house and she is fantastic host! House is equipped with everything you might need and has a wonderful sea view.
We will for sure come back!

Lovely villa with great hosts. Anastasia and Dimitris are so polite and helpful. We had such a relaxing family time in Aegean Residence 1 in April. The kids were enjoying the yard.

The villas are perfect for everyone who wants to relax in Chalkidiki. They are realy close to Sani. The pool is very clean and the house is luxury. All in all, I urge you to book your vacation here.

Great for if you have a long layover and need a place for the night. The staff are really helpful and helped me with an error in my booking late at night.

Airport shuttle, kitchen open until 23:00 u. Helpfull, good breakfast, good/ clean rooms.

Our stay in thehotel was great! Our rooms were not only clean but also spacious and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which added to our delight.

There arent breakfast and/or dinner. There is fridge in the room, but there arent kitchen or place where you can prepare food yourself. I saw barbeque in the yard but in my opinion it wasnt useable.

Cozy and friendly place. Incredible view. Air with the smell of pine trees and sea is mixed with flavors of lavender and other local herbs. Unbelievable silent place. Rest from city noise.

Just came back to work from our wonderful 10 days vacation at this villa. Although we were a group of 7 friends, the villa is big enough to have your personal space and privacy.

I cannot say enough positives about this hotel. We stayed on a b&b basis for one week in late August.

Nice location. Within walking distance to Afitos Village which has great restaurants/shops. Upscale, modern, great pool, wonderful staff. Would definitely stay again.

The villa it's ok. It needs some renovation. The pools definitely needs some maintenance as you see in the photos below. At the pool there are a lot of screws.

Light Blue Hotel is very well situated. It is 20-30 minutes from Thessaloniki airport.

Amazing place to stay! Everything was spotlessly clean and the house was very spacious! It was comfortable and full! The pool is clean and large and ideal for children and adults!
