Best hotel experience in Greece except Wi-Fi. That's why I gave 4 stars.

I had a read a number of reviews, particularly people mentioning the many steps.

On arrival we were given a warm welcome from Sofia who showed us around and gave us lots of important information for our stay.

Our experience was wonderful.
Location is pretty amazing so that helps a lot.
Looking forward to revisit.

Our experience at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful. The place is located in an area full of nature, worthy of an Italian movie scene with vineyards.

Very nice and charming family owned hotel. Rooms are a bit dated (e. G. Bathtub with shower curtain, power outlet only on one side of the bed) but generally in good condition and spotless clean.

We stayed only one night in Kastoria, but the warmth and hospitality of the staff made us feel so welcome.

The hotel which is lovely. We stayed in a separate building. The room was fantastic, spacious pleasant clean and everything was of good standard. Very enjoyable.
Breakfast was Limited.

I had a great stay here, these traditional houses/rooms are well preserved and maintained by the family that owns and runs them.

This was our second visit to this fabulous Hotel in Nikiti, mainland Greece. We had booked a Deluxe Sea View room but on arrival were upgraded to a Deluxe Sea View room with swim up pool.

Ammoa is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. It has everything you need and the beach is right next to the hotel.

Nikiforos Village is a fantastic place to stay! The rooms are modern and comfortable, the pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We spent a week in September 2025 at Sani Resort staying in Sani Asterias.

My wife and I along with two friends spent 7 nights at the Sani Asterias hotel in Halkidiki. The hotel offered a private transfer to and from the local airport.

Perfect from start to finish — the setting, the staff, the restaurant quality — the atmosphere — can’t wait to go back.

There is nothing that Sani does not offer! Well worth the trip. You can have an action packed day or relax doing absolutely nothing. The food is amazing. Staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Absolutely exceptional and wonderful hotel. We were welcomed by friendly and kind owners, the rooms are fascinating, huge, along with the balcony, super clean and generally had no flaws.

Everything was absolutely amazing. From the moment we enter until the moment we leave — everything was 10 out of 10. We were welcomed by the couple that owns the hotel.

We really liked the hotel in every sense and I hope to come back again next year. The shower area and rooms are spotless and the food is also in line with Turkish cuisine.

What a grand and interesting place to stay! Stopped 7th June 23 for one night. Staff put our push bikes in a secure location as it’s on-street parking.

Specious and clean, my family of 4 was comfortable a d the service was very good.

Perfect place near by the sea and centar and outlet mall… Clean, comfortable, beautifull… You have everything what you need … And the woman who is there it's soooo nice person… We were four families

We stayed here in march. It was wonderful. The host left so many snacks for us it was a warm welcome. The only minus is that the floor is slippery, so be careful when you get out of the tub!

What a beautiful, hidden cave of escapism in Thessaloniki.

A very cozy place to stay, with pool and spacious room. We stay 4 days and every day we go on Asprovalda Beach and on the pool in the afternoon.

I made the reservation with the hotel and the staff was so friendly to make the booking for a party of 22 people (adults and kids). They answered promptly to all of my emails.

My colleague an I were on a business trip and needed a hotel close to the airport so this hotel was ideal. It is also really near to the car hire places.

Location — excellent. Rooms spotless clean but it was the hosts / reception staff that went out of their way to make me welcome, comfortable and at home.

15' from the ski center of Falakro. Lovely personnel, quaint decorations, jacuzzi, sauna and a fireplace in our room!

It's a cute little place, very understated and casual. Maria, one of the owners, is very kind and accommodating.

The villa is located on a steep hill. Road is good but narrow. The beach under the house is only about 5 min walking downhill, but is not very spectacular. Two private umbrellas there for the house.

Beautiful place as a beach bar. The food was delicious and the staff very kind and professionall.

All is perfect and top notch. The attention to detail, the cleanliness, the perfect organization and the view are perfect.

We were all inclusive but had to get tea/coffee from bar room not replenished with foodstuffs. Fridge empty not even water in it. Hotel is clean & modern. Beautiful beach but very busy.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 10 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the Lagomandra beach, separated only by a small street that is not busy.

A very wonderful hotel. I made the reservation at dawn and before that, I registered and contacted them with all respect without any delay in responding, even though it was very, very late.

The hotel is excellent choice, very friendly staff, excellent hygiene. If I visit Kallithea again, for sure I will select again Perla hotel.
