The staff is professional and at the same time really friendly. Colors is very clean and it’s artistic decoration creates a relaxing atmosphere. I strongly recommend it.

The decoration of this hotel is very colourful and artistic. It drives you to another era… Very friendly staff also. The quality of the room was very nice and breakfast also very good served in a green bar. Very satisfied!

The hotel is very modern, clean and new, the room had a nice decor and the view was wonderful.
What I didn’t like was the bed… it was extremely uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor.

Excellent apartment type hotel, in the center of Thessaloniki. Family suites have unique king size bunk beds with plenty of space. Older, historic building with iron spiral staircase but completely redone and modern. Very reasonable for the space provided.

+ great interior, friendly helpful staff, very clean, spatious rooms, great location. — no soap in room although we requested it from reception, hotel does not have its own parking despite what was advertised, air conditioning thermostat doesn't work — you had choice of either freezing or cooking, expensive.

Excellent Hotel, Clean and top located. The area is EXTREMELY NOISY, though the windows are isolating your room from the madness of Thessaloniki center. In case you get a group of young people that are having their doors open talking loud in the middle of the night simply be the same impolite and go scream on them, they will shut their mouths. There is no car parking but in the same time there is no police in Thessaloniki, locals are parking anywhere… so if you do not want to pay parking do the same else I do suggest to you to go to Kinisis or to ODEON parking since they are the cheapest for overnight staying. The right place to be if you are visiting Thessaloniki and last but very important… excellent prices. Thank you Colors.

Colors Urban Hotel is one of the most cosy hotels I have ever stayed. Actually I can't remember another hotel that cheered my mood when I returned after a long day! Happy colours, nicely decorated rooms, very clean and well maintained! The staff was always polite, smiling and willing to respond to requests. I am not giving them 5 stars because in my opinion the breafast was a little "poor". I would prefere to be a buffet, instead of a-la-carte.
Edit: I was informed that now they have a buffet for breakfast, so I am giving them a well deserved 5 stars!
I totally recommend it for short city breaks and business trips.

Booked a room on behalf of a friend of mine that needed an accessible one. The hotel is in a perfect location and is quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly. Overall a pleasant experience.

Have just returned from a five nights stay in this hotel.
The hotel is located in the midst of all the action. A few minutes walk to every important sight of Thessaloniki.
We stayed in a beautiful sea view room on the fifth floor. The hotel is beautifully decorated, each room tells a different story and decorated as such. Even the corridors are decorated and each floor has a different theme. The hotel is kept clean and very tidy.
I would like to thank the wonderful staff for answering and accommodating our every need.
The receptionists were very friendly.

Very nice hotel with modern style rooms. The staff is friendly; breakfast is served in the nearby bar — accessible from the hotel, the food is very nice, fresh and with variety.

Friendly and obliging staff, spotless and well-appointed rooms. Triple glazing keeps road noise to a low hum. Perfect location. Breakfast on offer simple but fresh and generously portioned. Recommended!

One of the best places to relax in Thessaloniki City center even has a massage place and great rooms!

Design, comfortable place, friendly personnel department, fresh breakfast, cleanliness, massage and relaxation possibilities.

The people are very open, polite and keen to help. The room was the most spacious room I've stayed in, at least for a city hotel and it's design character was totally original and inimitable. Too bad I couldn't spend that much time in the room (Wi-Fi was plenty & free btw). If you happen to be out all day, you may want to check out their massage services before making your last jump to bed.
