The house is very modern and well set out, seating areas at first floor and ground level, house jeeping every two days, quite area with 5 min walk to beech and sew front restaurants, in all a lovely

Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable, Friendly stuff. Location is very near to Lagomandra, the best beach in Sithonia and Neos Marmaras.

We had an excellent stay end of September. Rented a caravan for 3 people. It was on the first line and we loved our stay. The place is super clean with all the amenities.

We are very satisfied with our stay at Mavridis Rooms. Our apartment was very clean. They are in the center so everything is in a walking distance from them. The nearest beach is just 70 meters away.

Nice and clean place owned by friendly people. Close to the beach and the main street of Nikiti. Could be a bit noisy throughout the weekend!

The house is in a great location, right on the beach, and it is very easy to find. Our apartment, which was on the first floor, offers a wonderful view of Mount Athos and the morning sunrise.

Great accommodation, with perfect location and a lovely garden. The host Mr. Grigoris was very helpful with everything we needed. We would definitely come here again for another family vacation.

We had a wonderful time. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable, and just twenty steps from the sea. There are rooms for both couples and families.

Guests can use a pool from villa next to Akis hoise.

We liked very much, the host was very nice and helpfull and the place was very clean. From the balcony we could see the sea and the city also. The internet was fast enought.
