We've just had a lovely stay here. The hotel backs onto the restaurant, then the pool, bar and straight onto the beach. The lovely village of Chaniotis is a short walk along a flat road, plant of eateries, shops and a few bars. Perfect The rooms are spotless, and the restaurant is cleaned after every service. The staff are always cleaning! It's lovely. The food area is always clean and tidy, gloves are provided and all the staff are wearing masks. The pool bar also serves food which is delicious.

Very friendly people amd staff, always a big variety of very good food, has a bar, it's like 100 m away from the beach, overall very good hotel!

Great Hotel. Fantastic setting with only a few steps to pool and private beach. Very friendly staff, rooms spacious and clean. We had the room on the ground floor where we also had green space in front of the terrace. Breakfast and dinner has a great selection of food.

Just spent a week here and the hotel is beautiful. Great pool and lovely location right next to the beach.
Rooms are large and very nice.
The staff are all friendly and helpful especially the bar staff who do an excellent job.

Came for 10 days and fell in love with the place. Clean. Great service. Friendly staff every thing you want on holiday and a lovely little town full of great restaurants.

Had a great week here the hotel is in a fab location near the main square. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the food was good. The apartment was modern spacious and clean. Only negatives are the sunbed charge on the beach when there are hardly any available by the pool and the music gets very loud! Also never encountered so many crying children but that’s not the hotels fault!

Staying in apartments across road, very friendly staff, great breakfast and lovely food all round, great beach service with drinks brought to you right next to sea.

We are here now staying in a studio in the new block. It's very spacious and where we are is quiet. Cannot fault any of the facilities or staff. Pool bar food is very reasonable and you get deckchair/sunbed service.

It's a great hotel. Family rooms are new, each room has its own air conditioning. The rooms have utensils, designed for rest with children. There is a small playground.

Persons which bring their own food and drinks and "reserve" with their towels the chairs occupy the place for hours!
And the people which like to drink and eat have nothing! Great! … 1 ⭐️ is even too much!

Very good, it's location is great families, right next to the sea and a short stroll to the town centre, lots of places to eat and drink, pool area ideal for the kids, rooms are a decent size and kept clean overall a very nice place to spend your holiday.

The people are quite lovely served, 2 small pools (which is kind of an adult actually waist — quite expensive, a 5-seater room made out of 4 seats just by putting a bed near the fridge. Only 2 cards for 5 people, one of which should be in the room, that there would work electricity. The room is equipped with everything, no questions, though in the evening hot water may not be enough, the pressure is not at all. Only breakfast was taken, as for me — nothing, only juices do not recommend. The sea is 2 steps, which is cool, in a couple of minutes you can get to the center, too convenient, local cafes are too expensive, it is better to go to the city, for the price of a local hotdog there you can take a whole dish with seafood. The beach is very rocky, but after 5-7 meters already sand at the bottom, at the bottom of the beach scattered slabs that would compensate a little. Of the pluses are very clean water, moderately people, but almost half with children. As a result — in general good, but you can look for a better one for this money, even further from the sea, if it is not critical.

Very nice little hotel! Breakfast and dinner in buffet form, small but fine selection! But that's exactly what makes this beautiful hotel, exactly the opposite of these "multi-hundred-bed" hotels without charm and no flair … We feel very comfortable here, the studio we had was very large and modern furnished! Chic bath with bathtub, great room service, it was very clean every day … Our note that the refrigerator no longer runs was immediately edited and fixed …

Super Hotel right on the beach. We stayed at Hotel Naias in mid to late May with our two daughters (5y & 2y) and can only recommend the hotel as well as the region at the time.
Our apartment was very well maintained and even had a small kitchenette with stove, kettle and refrigerator. The entire interior made a very good impression. A walk-in shower completes the whole thing.
The hotel has direct beach access with free loungers and umbrellas. Between the building and the beach there are 3 different deep pools, a pool bar with terrace, a playground and a couch area to relax perfectly at sunset. There is nothing missing.
We had booked half board and were very convinced of the food on offer. Some of them repeat themselves, by their very nature, but admittedly we looked forward enormously every day to our Greek salad with tzatziki and fresh bread.
Finally, we have had the time to get around a rental car in order to be able to discover the region flexibly. And here, too, there is only good to report. Great historic cities, Caribbean beaches and very dear people. We are not the first time in Greece … but we have not yet seen such a green spot.
Comes here. Visit the region. Visit the hotel. It's worth it. Lg.

I've been only outside of the hotel. There are 2 pools, one for children and one for grownups. Also a restaurant and a playground for children. Everything looks very nice.

Nearly perfect! Just one great negaitve thing: our room was old and in need of a renovation… But all in all, it was a nice Hotel and to the beach 30 sec!

We are currently at this resort I booked from Australia a 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool and water. The unit is spotless beautiful bathroom and cleaned daily. The beach is beautiful and we did not pay for our chairs at all as it must have been in the price we paid. Breakfast was ok but food at the bar is nice. The staff all speak english and are very polite and willing to help. The resort is only a 2 min walk to the shops and restaurants. Will be back again some day.

Shoul have more types of food.

Breakfast and dinner are exceptionaly excellent. Pool is nice. Hotel beach is not the between best I have seen but Xenia beach is relativly close. Wi-Fi signal is weak and with low bandwidth. Rooms are good but bathroom should be better…

They said you get free Wi-Fi. Never did they say good Wi-Fi. The infinity pool is really amazing. It does get kind of loud at breakfast, because there can be a lot of babies.

The best hotel in Hanioti, perfect staff, spacious rooms, pool, 20 meters from the sea.
