Haus Niko Apartments and Suites Hotel

We spend really great family time here. Great location, verry close to beach, gorgeous courtyard, really cozy and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is the host, Eleni. She was incredibly helpful and generous with her time and advice. Thanks Eleni for making our visit to Halkidiki much better. Hope to see you again.

The rooms are clean, compact, yet lovely and comfortable. Eleni is a great host, always ready to advice you on everything worth visiting on Kassandra and beyond — taverns, restaurants, trips, events, beaches, even good places to buy fish and meat for BBQ. Also, you can ask Eleni for almost everything you need regarding your room, an extra dish, another blanket, even a coffee machine and more. The beach is a 40 meters walk from Haus Niko and it’s sandy, with nice and clean water. It’s perfect for families with children. I would definitely recommend Haus Niko and Eleni as a host for my family and friends.

Beautiful place for vacation, very clean and close to the sea. Eleni excellent housekeeper is very kind and always available for everything you need.

We stayed at Eleni in August with 2 adults and 2 children. You can only say that everything is true. Eleni takes care of your guests touchingly no matter what you need. The apartments and also the courtyard as well as the whole complex are very very clean and lovingly furnished. When you go on holiday here, everything is right. The beach is hardly visited by tourists and very quiet where you can do anything you want. Taverns and supermarket nearby. Price / performance is 100% right here. We'll be back…

We stayed for 12 days in the house Niko. It's absolutely fantastic place to go on holiday and feel good.
The apartments in the traditional Greek style are very well equipped to feel comfortable there.
Cleanliness is very important here. And that from the street to the last corner. In the evening, the little
thanks to the numerous accessories, flowers, small lanterns and candles, a beautiful flair, in which
you like to be there. …
The location in the village is very quiet. Shopping, bars, restaurants can be reached in a few minutes.
Also the beach, which is not 150m away from the apartment.
But the best of House Niko is Eleni, the owner. She always has a smile on her face, always a helping hand when
she is needed, tips for the holiday and she stole an uncanny kindness and joie de vivre.
We will definitely be back next year.

Spent great week in Haus Niko in June 2018. Everything about this apartment is just super :) Apartments are very, very clean. This level of hygiene never seen in Greece before. Beside that, very comfort and have everything you need during vacation. The most important: host Eleni. So kind, friendly and honest that we couldn't believe. She was there for all guests during whole day and evening. Lit of usefull information we got from her side. She made our holiday fabulous.

Eleni is a great and very pleasant hostess, unobtrusive, but there every time you need her. Everything is very clean and close to the beach. I heartily recommend staying at her place!

We were already for the fourth Time to a guest at Eleni in the house Niko and have never been disappointed, quite the opposite of our expectations each and every time exceeded. Haus Niko is located a few meters from the beautiful beach, the Apartments/Studios are very clean and well maintained;cleaning of rooms and change of towels regularly;it gives a very nice outdoor area with barbecue. In the vicinity of the house of Niko, Beach Bars, bakery and Supermarkets are located taverns, we come next year gladly again to Eleni, which is not to exceed with your very sympathetic nature and hospitality. The house is on a great location 3 minutes walk to the big beach which is excellent for kids.

I love this Haus. It very close to the beach, comfortable appartments, available private parking lots and very lovely owner.

My family and I stayed in Haus Niko four times already. Every time we have a wonderful vacation. The place is wonderful for families with kids, it is quiet, with comfortable rooms that are supplied with everything one may need. Haus Niko is very close to sandy beach and many other small beaches are reachable within 10 min drive if one likes to change places. The host, Eleni, is a lovely, kind woman, dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible. She is always there to help and advise on any topic — from sightseeing through places to eat to doctor visiting. We will definitely come back again!

We have stayed third time this year in Haus Niko and every year we had great time! Very nice place, excellent quality, very clean and very friendly! Looking forward to our next visit!

Very good place for calm vacation. All is like described on photos. Near you have many markets, taverns, coffee and beach bars. The garden of Haus Niko is the most autenthic of the place, you can have your relax time while cooking, drinking your coffee or wine in nignt. I deffenetly recommend!

Dear Travelers, Please note that this place I highly recommend to families with babies and with older children due to few things: — Eleni (host of this House) and her family are very very kind people. They are wiling to help anytime for anythings, also they are very kind and hospitality — Very close to the Sandy beach, only 50-70meters — Sandy beach is clean and looks like a private beach of people who leave close to it — Sea is very nice and it is not cold (during Aug for sure) and it is good for children, because it is not to deep in the first 20meters — House Nike is so beautiful place and you will all the time have real feeling of staying at Greece — Biggest Apartment, where I have stayed with my family, is very nice and clean with good and big 2 balconies — Position of House Niko is very good on Halkidiki, because it is positioned in the center and it is easy to go anywhere from that place One again, Perfect Place to spend you vacation in quite environment! :)

Best housing. Totaly recomenting. So clean, best decorated appartments, the garden is so perfect full with good energy, good spirit. The owner Eleni is the best owner, takes good care for all of her guests, you'll be not missing enything. Her energy is all over the place, you can feel really good vibes between all the guests. People from everywhere are staying, so much different culture is being mixed in the most perfect way.

A great place, everything is very clean, well-groomed, all that you need to eat and you can always ask the hostess. The hostess just like the sun, everyone will help, everything will tell, fascinated us! Nearby beach, shops, taverns, very advise, a great place!
