Hotels in Lithakia with a Pool

This is going to be a long review, because I want to personally mention everyone who made our experience even more special.

This is an absolute true find on this beautiful island.
If you are thinking of booking … do it. A peaceful escape to a wonderful part of this island set amongst Olive Trees.

Great architecture and efficient location. The only thing is mosquitoes which is something natural considering where you stay (in between olive trees).

What we wanted is a friendly and down to earth hotel next to the sea and we got what we planned for. The rooms were very clean and the whole setting was perfect.

Leeda's village is such a charming place set in a beautiful olive grove.

Effie is amazing! So are all the rest of the staff and the owner. They make you feel like family. Was a wonderful family vacation and cannot recommend enough.

Great hotel, stayed here in 2017 before. Incredible hospitality and the greek evening that are hosted each week are super fun.

Top notch! What a lovely stay we had at Pietra Caves. The pictures don't lie, the apartment is spacious, well equipped, clean and lovely. Perfect to relax after a busy day in Zakynthos.

We celebrated our elopement wedding at Tsivouli Accommodation in September 2025 — and it was nothing short of magical.

Beautiful villa, with lovely and excellently maintained garden, lovely pool and outdoor shower, with excellent loungers and a comfortable 2-person lounger under an old olive tree.

We stayed at the Artemis villa for a week and had a lovely vacation. The host is very nice and always ready to help. The location is very quiet and calm, but also not very far from the beach.

It was a lovely place for me. I really enjoyed my stay there.

It was our second time visiting Evylio houses and the view is just stunning and the place is beautiful.

Our stay at Evylio Stone Houses was absolutely wonderful! The property is beautifully designed, combining traditional stone architecture with modern comfort.

Look no further, you will not find anything even close. This is the best villa you can think of for the best possible vacation.

Beautifully bungalow, in a peaceful location with private pool. It was a joy to stay at EORA bungalows.

The house was okay. Had enough space for 3 people. The kitchen is a bit small and had ants. The drying rack is also broken and falls over and has rust.

Great location for a quiet holiday. As an active but retired couple we didn’t want nightlife or entertainment.
The staff were all friendly and polite (despite it being the end of a long season).

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are well designed with a lovely big shower.
The staff are great and helpful.

We had a great time, the Villa is amazing, all is perfect, you have everything you need to enjoy Zakynthos at its maximum.

I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Clairy in Zakynthos, Greece, for a week in early June, and it was truly magnificent.

The moment you step inside the gates of Villa Clairy it seems as though your cares and worries just evaporate.

We had a great time! The house, the pool, the barbecue area. Everything is perfect and Katherina is a lovely person, super helpful and committed. 10 out of 10 points.
