This is going to be a long review, because I want to personally mention everyone who made our experience even more special.

This is an absolute true find on this beautiful island.
If you are thinking of booking … do it. A peaceful escape to a wonderful part of this island set amongst Olive Trees.

Leeda's village is such a charming place set in a beautiful olive grove.

Effie is amazing! So are all the rest of the staff and the owner. They make you feel like family. Was a wonderful family vacation and cannot recommend enough.

Great location for a quiet holiday. As an active but retired couple we didn’t want nightlife or entertainment.
The staff were all friendly and polite (despite it being the end of a long season).

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are well designed with a lovely big shower.
The staff are great and helpful.

I travel a lot and have for years, this was by far one of the most accommodating stays.

We had the most incredible 6 days at this villa. The property was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed.

I read the reviews a few days before leaving and saw a few negative ones, but I can safely say that I need not have worried!
We stayed in No. 9 and it was great!

Great architecture and efficient location. The only thing is mosquitoes which is something natural considering where you stay (in between olive trees).

What we wanted is a friendly and down to earth hotel next to the sea and we got what we planned for. The rooms were very clean and the whole setting was perfect.

Koklas Studios is the go-to-place at Zakynthos. Extremely friendly host and a Green oasis just outside the apartment made for one of the most pleasant stays we ever had. Would gladly come back again.

One of our best stays, host was awesome and made sure our stay was everything we needed for the three days we were there. See you again soon.

Beautiful villa, with lovely and excellently maintained garden, lovely pool and outdoor shower, with excellent loungers and a comfortable 2-person lounger under an old olive tree.

We stayed at the Artemis villa for a week and had a lovely vacation. The host is very nice and always ready to help. The location is very quiet and calm, but also not very far from the beach.

We loved our stay there, nice, clean and modern place to stay. The hostess was great, she greated us with some snacks, and at the end of our stay she gave us some good homemade desserts.

We visited Villas Thalia in August 2023 for 10 days and it was amazing! The place itself is like paradise and the host Thalia was one of the kindest, warmest and genuine people we have ever met!

I was very impressed with the accommodations! Beautiful, clean and modern.

I had the best stay of my life in Zakynthos. From the very beginning, the staff were so kind and welcoming, which made me feel at home right away.

Different kind of hotel, it's more like houses with flats. Loved it. The interior is cute and feels recently refurbished/modern. 30 seconds from the sea. Easy to park behind the gate.

Good value, clean room, bathroom and kitchen.
Sometimes bad smell coming from the bathroom but nothing important.
Powerful Inverter A/C.

Great location, only couple metres away from the beach (1min distance). Quiet place, no disturbing noises. A lot of shops nearby for grocery shopping, coffee shops and restaurants.

We just came back from from a one week family vacation in Zakynthos where we stayed in Estelle Villa. The place is exception. Very well designed with amazing attention to details.

My husband and I have recently returned from a week’s holiday at Villa Jasmine. It was a little piece of paradise! We had THE most relaxing and idyllic week.

Great hotel, stayed here in 2017 before. Incredible hospitality and the greek evening that are hosted each week are super fun.

Beautifully bungalow, in a peaceful location with private pool. It was a joy to stay at EORA bungalows.

It was our second time visiting Evylio houses and the view is just stunning and the place is beautiful.

Our stay at Evylio Stone Houses was absolutely wonderful! The property is beautifully designed, combining traditional stone architecture with modern comfort.

We had a great time, the Villa is amazing, all is perfect, you have everything you need to enjoy Zakynthos at its maximum.

Villa Anta is an absolutely beautiful house perfect for traveling with both friends and family. It's location is great, being both isolated and a 2 minute walk from both the ocean and a grocery shop.

Gorgeous place, treated like family by the loveliest host.
