Pool and staff are great. Location is OK, quite a walk from the beach though down an unmade track. The big problem with this place is the noise. Firstly the music starts early morning and goes on until 1am which you can cope with just about. The real problem is the large groups of drunken idiots who start returning from the strip at anytime from 3am onwards. Been here 4 nights so far and have not had one good sleep. This is in no way a family friendly hotel. Lying in bed listening to drunk youths swearing and crashing around takes the shine off what could be a relaxing holiday. There are some signs around asking for quiet after midnight but they're not enforced. Avoid this place unless you're 18-30 and take heed of the other reviews to that effect. We're a family group with two teenage kids, I wish we had gone elsewhere.
Fab. Nice staff. Good bar food. Pool clean. Rooms clean and towels changed regular. Peaceful and relaxed.

We arrived late at night & went to reception. We were greeted by a women who appeared to be drunk, as she organised our key we found out that air conditioning was an extra. We were astonished by this as there was no way in that sort of heat you could survive without air-con This cost us a further €100 euros. The family room we booked (4 people) was spacious but didn't look fresh. Halfway through our stay we discovered ants in the beds, as you can imagine this disgusted us. The Reception managers showed no interest in our complaint, initially they refused us fresh sheets but finally when my friend started crying they finally gave us sheets. They never offered to clean the room or deal with the ant infestation. As we were waiting to get our sheets we overheard another person complaining about ants The air con was very loud and did not work well. The hotel policy seems to be to only give fresh towels if you beg for them and the rooms were never properly cleaned during our stay. Toilet roll must be very expensive in Zante because we had to go down to reception to get extra toilet roll every day. Overall we found the staff to show no caring & did not react properly to our complaints. We highly recommend you do not choose this hotel!
