Our stay at Alterego was wonderful – we felt really comfortable, and everything was well set up, even for our little one. The room was spacious, quiet at night, and perfect for a couple with a child. Cleaning was done daily and always to a high standard. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, and the pool was just right for a quick break between activities. Plus, the beach was only a short walk away. Everything was just great! Thank you, Dennis, for everything!

This hidden gem was one of the best experiences we had with any type of accomodation ever. Mainly because Dennis, the owner, truly knows how to make a guest feel welcomed.
When you stay at a hotel, you're not just looking for the luxury ammenities, you're looking for the vibe, the atmosphere and you want to feel welcomed.
Since we arrived, Dennis made a nice itinerary for what we were looking to visit, he was at our disposal 24/7.
What we loved the most:
— if the room is free the day you checkout, you don't need to pay extra for late checkout, Because your plane leaves in the afternoon. Even if the room isn't free, you can take a shower at the reception, total y free.
— all the advice Dennis have us about what to try on the island and what to avoid.
— the general cleanliness of the room. They make the bed every day and change the towels.
Yes, this isn't a luxurious hotel, but it total y compensates în other aspects.

The showers and the sinks are a nightmare to use because of the foul smell and taste. I have told the staff repeatedly that something is wrong and they brushed it off, saying that the water just is like that, which is wrong because no place else on the island have I come across such dirty water. I recommend that you don’t use any of the water because I became ill from it.

Such a great place to stay! Absolutely enjoyed my 35th birthday holiday 🥰 Owner is very kind, friendly and lovely person, always look after everything and can help with anything. Location is very comfortable, all the restaurants and shops are very close. If you rent a car or scooter you can park it in the yard. Cleaner is coming in the afternoon time, so it's also nice, you don't need to rush things in the morning, can enjoy yourself as long as you want. All rooms are with pool view. Balcony is quite spacios and you can have privacy there. Got things like clothes dryer as well. If I would go to Zante again I would stay here again! 🫶

I went with a group of twenty and it couldn’t have been better. The pool area was beautiful and the rooms were great with a balcony and kitchen area in each one. The cleaner was amazing with every room cleaned everyday and the security and owners were always helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Spectacular location — this place was the highlight of my trip. The host is Dennis is a hero. The pool is well kept and the rooms are perfect. If your looking for a cheap, affordable and downright excellent place look no further. (Also right beside the strip! )

A great experience from the moment of booking to leaving. Stayed for like 5 nights and have no complaints. A really nice place with great vibes. Felt happy and comfortable.
Aa soon as I walked into the room… it was equipped with things and thought through well. Travelling for 5 weeks before I got there and as a solo female traveller felt comfortable and safe. Dennis who is a great host and looks out for all your needs, just approach him was lovely ans checked in multiple times to see that I was comfortable, guving the stay a nicer and more personal touch. No complaints and highly recommended. My number 1 place of the 20 or so places I stayed on this trip.

I spent a week here with my mate and had the best time! It’s super quiet, the room was lovely and cleaned daily and the pool is perfect for a refreshing swim. The location was absolutely brilliant as you are not close enough to the strip to hear all the noice and the carnage but you are close enough away for it to be only a 5 min walk. The owner was absolutely amazing being so helpful whenever we needed something and kindly let us stay after check out times as our flight was much later.

An amazing out of the way gem, if you're looking to escape to a quiet hotel away from the strip then this is the place for you. Great rooms, service, cleanliness and pool. Can not recommend Alerego enough as Dennis is a true gentleman who always ensured our safety. George and Donna are wonderful as well as a courteous and lovely phonecall from Maria. Comfortable and stylish with a genuinely fantastic host. Thank you Dennis for an amazing stay. No detail overseen and nothing was too much trouble whilst we stayed at this beautiful retreat. The locals are welcoming and the recommended store across the road was wonderful too. A great holiday thanks to Dennis and we were genuinely so pleased with our hotel choice.
