Good value accommodation by very nice host.
If you’re looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay in Argassi, that isn’t a noisy / party place, then go here. Noula, the host really is a lovely lady, this I had already read in other reviews, and it’s true!
The rooms aren’t decorated to the latest fashions, and yes, a little old fashioned, but that really did not bother me. It was very clean. The room is cleaned every day.
The Wi-Fi, mini safe and air con were included in the already very good price. Unlike some other hotels in Argassi that extra charge for aircon.
This is not a good place to stay if you have mobility issues, as it’s at the end if the village not far from the church, and there’s a short steep hill to walk up to the rooms.
Took me about 10-15 mins to walk to centre of Argassi, which I found to be no issue at all.
There is ample parking also if you need it.
Would I stay here again — absolutely yes!

A wonderful holiday in Zante again but was lovely in Noula Studios.
Clean and welcoming rooms.
Close the shops and restaurants and 10 min walk to the beach.
The use of the pool next door.
Even more useful George’s Supemarket downstairs where you can buy all you need. You are made to feel like you have lived there all your life. It’s always sad to leave.
Recommend these rooms.
