Overall good for the money :)
Cleaning staff are super friendly and do a fantastic job!
Reception is across the road — €15 for a safe and €70 for aircon — only take cash for tourist tax which was a bit cheeky.
Cooking facilities were the main let down of the establishment…. There is no ventilation fan only a sliding window which lets all the flys in…. 2 ringed hob very limited utensils we only had basic cutlery and a ladle no spatula ect. Very bad quality frying pans…. The grill was the best part! You do get a kettle + toaster and a large sized fridge but no microwave or oven.
But there are lots of lovey restaurants you can eat at within walking distance for €30 for a pair ☀️
The owner was very kind and chatty and also owns the petroleum station in front of the hotel.
Only enough parking for 6 cars so a bit limited but you can find parking on the road.
Pool was clean and enough sun beds! However the pool bar was basically shut and the the lady there wasn’t very friendly we visited OCT 5th-12th 2024
The beach could do with a little bit of a clean there are many over beaches on the island.
Very handy location close to tourist shops and food shops and a bakery 10 mins drive to Lidl.
I would definitely recommend as a good budget holiday! Thank you for our wonderful stay ❤️

Stayed here for 2 weeks September 24. Got the rooms just behind the petrol station on the main road. Some nights were a little noisy but the view from the front more than made up for this. Rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed every 2 days. Each room had a door onto the balcony which was a good size with view of the sea. There was a small kitchen with fridge freezer, electric oven and 2 small electric rings, table and chairs. The bathroom was adequate with sink, toilet and small shower. The shower tray has a curtain and if you can shower without wetting the floor your a good one. There is a squeegee to direct water into a further grid outside the shower as it doesn't flow in itself. The bedroom also has a safe which costs 15 euros a week as we were with another couple we shared one between us. There was a bar near the pool which did a good choice menu and was reasonably priced. The pool albeit small was very deep at one end although diving is not allowed. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool and more on the beach. However the beach beds and a parasol will set you back 15 euros a day for 2. There are signs around the pool telling you not to eat and drink items not purchased at the bar/cafe so we just went to our room for dinner and sat on the balcony. The sea was lovely and warm and you can walk a fair way out and it doesn't get above waist hight.

My husband and I spent 10 nights here from 1st to 11th September 2024.
We cannot fault this place.
Apartment was cleaned daily and towels changed every other day.
People mention the shower curtain and that the bathroom floods?
Shower curtain really isn’t a problem, and no problem with flooding as mentioned in other reviews. Just make sure the curtain doesn’t block the plughole and you’re good. Water is as hot as you want and the pressure adjustable. We had no problem whatsoever.
We had a two bed apartment with a balcony with sea view.
Please note that all apartments have a seaview. Either front or side.
Pool area was kept clean at all times with plenty of beds.
A few steps down from this area lead you onto a sandy beach with shallow safe water. I couldn’t believe how warm it was.
The pool bar has a great menu, excellent food, good prices. We ate there most lunchtimes and its run by a lovely lady.
Club sandwiches were amazing!
You check in at the Semes hotel which is opposite and has the same owners as Boletsos.
Sia, the lady at reception is most helpful and polite.
There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, we didn’t have one bad meal, and also buses and land train to get you out to explore. Zante town is just a 10 minute bus ride away.
I cannot fault this place and can see why many people return again and again, we met a few who do and I certainly would be back in a heartbeat.

To start with, I know this is a 2* and i’ve stayed in them before so know to expect beds that are like laying on egg boxes and showers that leak all over the floor. We chose this to get a cheapish deal over the school holidays, I now wish we’d paid a couple of hundred more to stay somewhere better.
It’s 70 euro for a week for air con (we’ve never been charged that much before) then when you add your tourist tax and safe onto that you’ve spent almost 100 euros as soon as you check in.
Around the pool area theres a sign stating to refrain from bringing your own food and drink around the pool so we paid 12 euros for four cans of Fanta. There’s a supermarket across the road selling them for 1 euro each.
Here’s the best one, there’s a sign in your room stating you will be charged if you get sun tan lotion or mascara on the bedsheets and pillowcases. Now i’m not in the habit of smearing mascara on my pillowcases but it easily washes off if I do get a bit on.
You want to sunbathe on the beach that’s part of the hotel? Oh there’s a 15 euro charge for two sunbeds and an umbrella.
The pools are full of scum lines but on the plus side they are a decent temperature.
The hotel itself is clean and in a good location but the bottom line is if you don’t like being ripped off, avoid this hotel.

Just spent an amazing ten nights at this hotel. The location is perfect, just a few steps from a small but lovely beach. The pool area is lovely, never had issues getting sun beds and the pool was never overly busy. The snack bar is fab, the food is delicious and the two ladies who work there are so friendly and helpful, in fact all the staff there are fab as well. The rooms are spacious with excellent air conditioning, only one small criticism is the shower is a bit snug, although the water pressure and temperature are perfect. Argassi itself is wonderful, we had dinner every night in a different restaurant and never had a bad meal. Overall we had one of the best holidays we've ever had, would highly recommend it and will be returning.

Lovely setting overlooking sea towards Zante town. Safe beach. Pleasant pool area with great little cafe serving good food. The staff are delightful. The rooms are clean and well maintained.
Things we found out during our stay;
One block of appartments backs onto a petrol station that sits on a very busy main road, the traffic in high season is constant and continues well into the early hours.
The 2 bedroom appartment that we were sold was NOT 2 bedrooms, it is one bedroom with 2 sofa beds in the lounge. There is no storage space in the lounge for clothing.
Air-conditioning is 70 euros per week.
The pool rule of no sunbed reservation is not adhered to or supervised, 7am saw most sunbeds towelled with no sunbathers.
Argassi is busy, lots of good places to eat, few peaceful places to chill.
Upgrade to front accommodation block to avoid street noise if possible.

Booked a 2 bedroom appartment with Jet2 but on arrival it became clear that it was one bedroom with sofa beds in the lounge. The bedroom was reasonably spacious with air-conditioning, balcony and a good size wardrobe, the lounge/bedroom had no storage whatsoever so is a live out of suitcase area. There are 3 main buildings around a poolside cafe and the pool, the building behind the cafe backs onto a petrol station situated on a constantly busy main road. The traffic is noisy up until the early hours of the morning, particularly with water tankers and quad bikes. It is difficult to cross the road which you have to do to check in at reception.
Air-conditioning is 70 euros per week and room safe 12 euros.
The pool rule of no reserving sunbeds with towels is NOT followed or supervised, 7am saw the front rows fully towelled.
However,
The pool and cafe are a delight, the pool is clean and cafe serves good food served by friendly staff. The cleaning ladies were lovely.
The view from pool out to sea and across to Zante Town is stunning.
Argassi is a lively resort, not that many quiet places to chill, every taverna and bar playing some kind of music or TV which the younger customers were enjoying. The food was good at all the places that we ate.
In summary this hotel has great views from the pool, friendly staff, the 2 bedroom appartment is not and the road is noisy. Up grade if possible.

Very nice apartments, Clean, more then enough space, balcony, small kitchen, and a little small shower. Very good quality for a reasonable price.
I would rebook this appartment.

A brilliantly located apartment hotel right on the beach! Lovely staff, especially the daily cleaning staff and the lady in the snack/coffee bar by the pool. Generally speaking, (in June) very pleasant fellow holiday makers both Brits and Dutch. The apartment was very spacious and immaculately clean, had a huge terrace which we used a lot. Only slight con. Is the small shower with an annoying curtain which could do with an update.
If you want a beach and swimming in the sea holiday at very reasonable cost this is for you. Jet 2 need to give it 3 stars, not 2. Limited attraction for children at this hotel, I would have thought which may be a plus for some people…
Remember to have a wonderful massage by the pool at a much lower cost than uk but very professional. Again lovely, kind people.
Argassi is clearly a popular resort and Boletsos Beach apartments are right in the centre, but most apartments are well away from the road. All the restaurants, taverns, shops and excursion agents you could wish for. If you are veggie or vegan everyone caters for you but the Green Frog is the best by far, with a sperate special vegan menu and wonderful garden, live music too! Just go and explore.

Just returned from Boletsos Beach hotel the 4*s are for the hotel, the rooms are spacious airy, well decorated and look like the photos, very clean, lovely pillows, good linen and towels all changed regularly, bins emptied every day, must mention the cleaners who work so hard 7days a week very thorough and very friendly, beds are hard not good for my wife's arthritis, loo roll supply good, not much storage ok for two, we had a two bed apartment two beds pushed together in the bedroom, two sofa beds in the room, hairdryer good, a separate kitchen with a small table and stools, oven, grill two rings, refrigerator, very small, but ok, the shower was a fixed head bit old with a curtain not the best, but we had good hot showers all the time, an enormous glass balcony didn't use because of no sun.
There is a small cafe onsite which serves good snacks and drinks all by a lovely lady closes at 6pm so no bar noise!
The pool is ok but very deep no Roman steps so straight into the deepness, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, don't know if this will apply later in the season, it's quite a small area around the pool, there are massages available near the pool in a cute tent very reasonable and very good, it's location is good for supermarkets, car hire, restaurants all providing excellent menus, bus service, trips and a little train. We had some excellent evenings out!
The beach is small but ok you can't walk far quite rocky and messy, you can wade out in the sea forever so very safe!

Just returned was in room 203 we questioned this because we knew it wasn't a top floor apartment, but the woman who checks you in said "it's a quiet room"! Abruptly, we also mentioned we had emailed requesting a top floor, it was in a terrible position on the main road behind the petrol station, the noise from traffic, motorbikes and bars, might as well have slept outside, the view from the balcony was of a massive concrete spiral staircase, no view no sun no privacy no sleep! Unkempt gardens front and back! Im sure being the owner she knew all this!
However these 2 bed apartments are large spacious clean with a separate kitchen, lots of good towels linen loo rolls bins emptied every day, good Wi-Fi throughout. The cleaners are exceptional working 7days a week doing a thorough job.
The pool is ok with enough sunbeds, you can have a massage at a very reasonable price by two great people, had one myself can highly recommend, steps down to beach only a short strip, sea is very shallow you can walk out for ages very safe, lots of places to eat, great food, supermarket nearby, bus stop, taxis, car hire, little train.
After a couple of days we tried to move rooms, we were so tired! but the woman/owner wouldn't listen she said it's full, not true you could book the day I asked!

We had a room on second floor, sold as two room self catering. One room had two single beds, the other room had two sofa type beds and one wardrobe. Four people would not be able to hang all of their clothes up. Two small drawers under wardrobe. Small TV also in this room. Very long balcony overlooking pool and sea.
Kitchen had two ring hob and an oven. 4 of each crockery, cutlery and glasses. Two pots and a frying pan. NO Utensils or can opener so virtually no way to self cater.
Bathroom the usual small shower with a fixed shower head but water only came out of half of the holes. Shower curtain sticks to you every time you moved and was old and grubby.
Some rooms had been updated, this one should definitely be next as not worth the money paid.
Pool area was nice with lots of beds and umbrellas, pool bar nicely in shade for a cold beer and break from the sun.
Beach just a few steps away, beach and sea warm and clean.
The accommodation is situated behind a petrol station as you enter Agassi. Plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarket within metres from accommodation.
Rooms cleaned every day by very friendly staff.

Excellently located & wonderfully welcoming apartments! Stayed for just one week, but loved every minute of it! Also have access to the Semes hotel (across the road) & indeed reception is there. As usual extra for Air Con & safety deposit box but not excessive. Great location with excellent pool & access to the beach! Plenty of beds & never stuggled to find a good one! Had a one bed roomed apartment, was very spacious for just us two. Comfortable beds, in short just what the doctor ordered. A great way to start my retirement all in all.

Had a lovely 10 days staying here. Our room was basic (i. E. Not one of the refurbished rooms! ) with a shower that flooded the bathroom & a balcony next to an overgrown garden, that invited all the bugs in.
However, it was very friendly, exceptionally clean; with plenty of sunbeds and only a few steps away from the beach.
The apartments themselves are hidden behind a petrol station on the main road, surrounded by plenty of restaurants (we never had a bad meal & never ate at the same place twice) and places to have a drink.
I’d definately recommend & return in the future.

We've had 4nights here and have been very happy staying here and don't want to leave. It's our first time to Zante and it didn't disappoint. We stayed in room 301 top floor with an amazing seaview! Rooms were clean and cleaned daily. Pool area and snack bar area clean, lady in the snack bar was lovely. Argassi is a lovely resort, recommend having the horse and carriage ride for 15 euros it's fun.
I didn't give 5stars cos the beds were really hard, was fine for the few nights we were there.

We had booked a two bedroom apartment. We were allocated apartment 102 which is right beside the pool bar. This is NOT a two bedroom apartment it is a one bedroom with two extra beds in the living area. This then makes the living area uncomfortable as there are no sofas. The kitchen is tiny and without a tin opener which you cannot find in any of the shops in Argassi. The balcony is so close to the pool bar that the lovely lady running the bar always said good morning and good night. Anyone passing the apartment also seemed to feel obliged to speak to you. No privacy whatsoever.
The food at the poolside bar is lovely especially the salads and is a reasonable price.
The pool itself was quite big and very deep and you are literally just a few steps away from the beach.
The apartments themselves are kept very clean by the cleaners who do work very hard. The beds are very hard but okay for us a we prefer a hard mattress. They are set back behind a petrol station which I imagine is why there are no photos of the front of the apartments and only pictures around the pool and inside of apartments.
These apartments are in a good location for all the bars, restaurant and shops in Argassi.
All in all we did have a lovely holiday but I think maybe the advertising should be amended to ONE bedroom. We have on other holidays in Greece stayed in two bedroom apartments which actually are two bedroom so this is no the difference between the UK nd Greece.
